My mitsubishi monterro sport 2001 is getting a very low idle at stops or when you are in neutral.  eventually it just cuts off.  Does anyone know what maybe happening.  also could ISC parts be purchased locally?

If no check engine light... My guess would be on a bad IAC Valve.. It controls your idle and does not trip the check engine light when it goes out. Part should be available at your local auto parts store.
