Have a 2001mercury grand marquis. The heat/air switch to turn on high or low doesn't work. Is there a fuse that could be changed to fix it?

always check your fuses and relays when you have electrical problems with your car. are you sure the problem is with the switch? unplug the heater fan and power to it. if it runs it could be the switch or the blower resistor. there are good youtube vids on how to test these things.
