1992 Mazda MPV check engine light stays on
Did you ever run it out of gas/ or get really close to being out of gas?
NO. Further research revealed that a screw in the back of the cluster had to be taken out and replaced into another hole to turn off the check engine light from being continually on. Emissions related. Thanks anyway and Happy New Year!!
haha i have a '98 allsport and we ran really close too empty once and the check engine light never went off, until the fuel pump crapped out last month and we replaced it and currently all is well! Happy New Year to you too!
I too have a 92' MPV, I think the check engine light has been on for the last decade.
You can get a code reader to reset it/read it
