Rattling is usually from a heat shield over the exhaust like the cat. Rattling could be anything, either get it up on a hoist to check out or you just have to jack it up and git under it and look. Please use jack stands for your protection.

usually i find dried out and broken rubber exhaust pipe hangers causing the now loose exhaust pipes rattling around. easy do it yourself fix. rubber hangers available for your car and are cheap.
