what does 0 miles mean persons did not state or questionable

It could mean that the car has a new engine (probably a rebuilt one) ----OR---- The Seller is being a little shady or secretive because the car has high mileage (it's a 1998, so it probably does) and they want to try to lure you in to call them, etc.

Sorry, I don't know I'm selling a Jaguar with 66,000 miles.
