loss of or hardly any power, does not overheat or burn oil, high miles 2001 kis spectra

no power barely gets up to 30 mph.  no water loss no oil burn, check engine light on what is the problem?

Sounds like your catalytic converter is stopped up. Just a guess without hearing it run.

Any check engine lights? Sounds like your in limp home mode. If check engine light is flashing you could have cylinder that has died.
