Gearshift stuck in park Is there a fuse
for gearshift

So you have put the key in the ignition and started the motor. Now press the brake pedal to allow the shifter to move from park. I'm not sure about a fuse but there is a safety interlock that must release when pressing the brake pedal. Interlock might be broken.

Do you know name of part located in motor than can over ride the stuck gearshift?
