Question type: Maintenance & Repair

At low speeds(like turning into a parking spot) or
just stopped my wife's 2015 ford explorer makes a
loud popping noise.tie rod ends are a year old and
the hubb assembly is the same(replaced them
both at the same time). Could it be the cv axle. Any
input is appreciated

Sounds like the CV to me. Pay attention if it is worse when moving vs steering in place. If it's worse when moving then it's most likely the CV. Could also be the bearing but if you've replaced that then unlikely.

Thank you. That's the confirmation I needed. Guy at the mechanic shop argued with me told me there is no way I replaced all that a year ago and it still made that noise even after showing him receipts and refused to drive the car. He didn't have to even drive the car all he had to do was listen while I turned it
