99 jeep Tj. Blower motor is not working.
Bench tested the motor; works. Changed the resisto; still not working. Checked the switch; functions properly. Checked the
relay; works fine. I am stumped now.
The fuse has power when the switch is on (test light grounded to the body)
Does this sound like merely a bad ground since I seem to be getting power with a test light when it is grounded to the body?
Did you check the in dash controls? My '99 did the same thing and it was due to a loss of the little vaccum line that plugs into the controls. Hope this helps.
This is the exact problem I am having... What was the fix?
check the blower motor resistor. its located under the glove box. you have to remove a panel then take a a few screws
