What does it mean when your center console starts to peel?

Asked by Jul 15, 2015 at 08:04 PM about the 2014 Kia Forte

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My center console is begining to peel. I'm really curious to know what the cause of this is. I already had this replaced last year and this just started happening again.

The moisture and heat in the air, keep some armor all on it, it should help

Comes down to the materials and how it's made. I'm assuming Kia isn't spending a lot of money on their interior parts. Can I assume your arm is resting on it? Try putting a cover over it.

My Audi is having this happen as well, it has one bubble that has broken and one bubble area still in tact.
