Starting my Kia Optima

I put the keys in the ignition of my 2013 Kia Optima, The lights and radio work,
but the ignition won't turn. Nothing. Is this a starter issue? A battery issue? A
key issue?

Hi I have a Kia Optima '13 EX. There are so many open recalls on the car I would check. My car never had any issues and started acting so weird. I put in my VIN # on the open recall website and sure enough there were about 4 of them. Including the ENGINE FAILING. My car is currently at the Kia dealership and will be there 4weeks to 3 months just to get the engine in. I did get a rental free of charge for the duration. I hope this helps!
