Why won't my Dodge Caliber Start

Asked by Rebecca Nov 05, 2014 at 08:04 PM about the 2010 Dodge Caliber

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Drove to work and got in to go home - nothing.  It just clicks.  Lights & radio work.  Dark
and rainy, so I couldn't really check anything.  The change oil light came on a few days
ago and I haven't done anything about it, but would that keep the car from starting?

You wouldnt have power on a dead battery, I'm not sure what is the issue to this but I also have a 2007 dodge caliber and had the same thing happen to me except died while I was driving it down the highway.

I had the same problem here's two choices change you crankshaft positioning sensor and camshaft positioning sensor...and also check your relays they're behind your driver side head light behind horn these are the things I changed having the same problem and now it's fine make sure you disconnect your negative terminal when changing these parts..hope this helps you
