Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Key won't turn to acc.  Will not turn at all.  Also, don't see whole where the paper clip goes to release cylinder so it can be removed.

According to this video, the key has to be in the accessory position in order to remove the cylinder. I would spray it full of WD-40 and wiggle it until it finally moves. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vREcs5HG41E

Well I guess you will now have to call a locksmith or just drill it out. Do you have a second key? Maybe it's your original key that's worn out.

Check this video and follow the last part about depressing the retainer. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tx-bcUdWfKw&t=186s After that, bring the whole thing to a Key Shop specialized in safes. They will fix the retainer and put it work again for just 75 $. It worked with my Kia Rio 2012
