Most likely is the sensors, you are close to the end of the battery life of the sensors. You might try a recalibration of the sensors, sometimes that helps for a while.

Most of the Name-Brand Tire Shops have an OTC TPMS tool that can read the tire sensors' frequency, battery condition, temperature and ID number. An advanced Scan tool can also read the sensors through the vehicle's OBD-II connector as well as the receivers and can reset the proper sensor ID to it's position on the vehicle.
