Check engine light flashing

I was on my way to take my son to the doctor when my
99honda Accord check engine light started flashing and
started stalling going up a hill. I didn’t thank i was going to
make it up the hill then back home I was on flat road it
started doing it again. What could this mean??

Flashing light means misfire. replace plugs to start.

Flashing CEL means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter(s) due to a significant amount of unburned fuel.

I replaced the plugs because it said cyl 3 misfire - now both cyl 1 and 3 are misfiring

My honda accord started misfire for a few seconds after starting replaced plugs wires egr valve still does it somtimes dont know what to do code scan tells me misfire on 2 but i slready know that anyone had thos problems

My 2008 accord k24 check engin light came on but still runs good but my buddy told me i needed spark plugs but i thought it was just the spark plug or miss fire when it flashes

Check voltage...mine did the same and alternator wasn't charging properly...voltage was great but Amps was at less than 1.
