have a 2009 ford escape with 95000 noticed a little hesation and shiting in lower speeds drawn out hoping just never drove one before do all of them do this

Not all of them. You just might need to do a drain and fill of the transmission fluid as the fluid tends to break down. Sounds like you just purchased it, so maybe the fluid was never changed, this should be done every 30K.

Agree with Tom, don't skip the Auto trans fluid changes or you'll be asking for trouble. Chances are if you have the fluid flushed, or at least change it, your problems will likely go away. If you ignore, it will only get worse until it fails. If your a do it yourselfer and want to do the fluid change at home, you probably find that only about a gallon of fluid can be drained at once, so you'll have to keep draining and replacing a gallon at a time, probably three or four rounds, to get all the old stuff out. It's a pain, but worth it!
