Pull the main relay and look at the solder joints. They get corroded due to age and mileage. It is a common failure on this age Honda. What happens is this main relay also controls the fuel, so when it heats up and the connection is lost, it will cut off the fuel. Then once the relay cools down, the connection is made again and it runs properly. You might have to resoldered yours, but you can also purchase a new aftermarket one for about $40.
