2009 chevy cobalt went through water, car stalled and brakes locked up, now won't start, what should i do

How much water? Did you submerge the intake and suck the engine full of water? (hydrolock) You should probably get a professional opinion on this. A few dollars spent on a mechanic could save you thousands and avoid a lot of headaches.
