Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We replaced the struts, sway bar, and bushings. We have spent over $1500 dollars and still have the same noises.  Our dealer wants us to replace the new struts new KYG again with the Honda stuts.  Estimated cost is $1000.  Help!

Have them check the C/V halfshaft. Also it could possibly be motor or transmission mount.

The Calipers might be the problem...its being held by two bolts that gets worn after time, jack up and take off wheel, Knock caliper, if you hear a clunking sound then that's the problem. you need to pull the bolts out and remove the grease rubber, cut a piece of rubber hose about one inch, push it into the end of the bolt then squeeze the caliper back on. Tip...use a screw driver and squeeze the piston in and it will be easy to re-install. the idea is to tighten the bolts.
