The entry code for a 2000 Taurus is stickered on the far side of the black box under the dash, driver's side, left of steering column. Use a mirror, flashlight and reading glasses. This five digit number is the car's permanent number and you can also program in a temporary code. Temporary codes can be changed if you get divorced and get to keep the car.
