everytime we turn car off when we go to start it again we have to tighten cables terminals how can we fix it not a bad battery cause all lights are still working just not starting engine

Get one of these, they are cheap. Even have then at dollar store. Clean well, and maybe get new bolts for terminal. If side post, may need new cables

Sounds like you have a bad ground, I would change both cables to the battery.
