Truck won' start

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have replaced the throttle body, fuel filter, fuel pump, fuel relay and it still won't start. I have spark and the distributor is turning so I know that the timing belt is not out. I will be replacing the pick up coil this weekend and see what happens if it starts or not. (WHERE IS THE CAM SENSOR ON THIS VEHICLE?) Can I  change this by myself or do i need to take it in?

its in the dist my 1997 has gone threw 2 of them in the last 3 months anyone know what the problem is
