motor spins until i tighten the torque bolts then it stops why?

putting a motor in a chrysler 300 m and when i go to tighten the torque bolts to
the transmission it stops spinning the motor and when i loosen them it spins
again, what am i doing wrong to get it to spin when i tighten the bolts
