We removed battery termanal and reconected But the alarm keeps going off and nothing is stopping it . What do I do

The horn ( alarm ) keeps going off after removing and replacing the batteries
terminals What do we do to get it to stop?

Unlock and lock drivers door while it's going off and see if that will stop it.
