If it smells sweet, it is engine coolant that is probably coming from your heater box. If it is just water, then you will need to find the leak by first using the old "hose" method. Sit in the car while you have a friend hose it down from the outside. If the source is window or door seals this should find it for you. If the water does not show, then a leak through the trunk, firewall, door panels, or floor pan are the next places to look. Also check the seals along the rear window and windshield. These also could be allowing water to pass into the cabin.
