I don't know if the parts are compatible but it's a good place to start looking. --- "With the Torino ending production after 1977, the Ranchero needed a new platform. This was found in the somewhat unlikely guise of the Ford Thunderbird personal luxury coupe, which was undergoing a reincarnation that year also, and sharing features with that year's Ford LTD II mid-size car. You can look for fender and door from any 1977-79 Ranchero, any 1977-79 LTD II 2 door or any 1977-79 Ford Thunderbird. You can also use the door and fender from any 77-79 Mercury Cougar 2 door car. All of these cars have the same sheet metal. Try this ALL FORD junkyard in Hastings, MN. they ship worldwide. I can't remember their name and no website but here's their toll-free phone number 1-800-359-0970. They ONLY have parts for 1939-1990 FORD and MERCURY vehicles. Good Luck, MrBlueOval.

BTW, the Torino ended in 1976 not 77. The 76 Torino looks the same but they are different.
