Brake light on the dash stays on. Fluid is full and the ebrake is off. The light isnt on its just dim...

my raider was doing the exact same thing it turned out to be a leaking master cylinder

There is a button just in front of the base of your parking brake. When that button starts to go out (contacts slowly are obstructed by carbon build up over time) It will cause the light to stay on as if the brake is still engaged.
