How to fasten a crank pully bolt on a opel corsa and what is the nw meters

Torque specs for crankshaft pulley bolt are 55 nw/meters or 41 foot/pounds. Dry, not oily threads. That's not very much so take it easy. Must be fine threads as they take much less than coarse.

the car/spanner light keeps coming up and EPS light, i re-earthed computer box to head, but still comes up, as i drive 1st, 2scond , 3rd gear..

can it be the engine harness only that needs to be replaced, it all so doesnt see the ideal sensor either
