My 79 MGB acts like it's not getting fuel. If I put fuel in the line between the filter and the carb it will run for a minute or two. 3 Answers

This is a something new. I have replaced the fuel pump and cleaned the carb.

MGB starts runs well for 3 to 4 min and quits. Has fuel at the carbs, pump runs well fuel at carbs. Spraying starter fuel in the carb does not rev engine. After it quits turn the key it restarts but will not run. Wait a couple of min and restart it will again run well for 3to 4 min and quit. 2 Answers

Car has electronic egnition. Fuel pump works. Carbs have fuel. New coil. Just replaced the clutch. The car ran and started well before pulling the engine

Got my 1977 MGB inspected and I'm putting out too much CO2 at idle and higher RPMs. How do I fix that? The car runs great, but I need to reduce the CO2 output

My speedometer quite working while I was driving it. Now it's making a clicking or ticking sound in the dash - only when the car is moving. I removed the speedometer cable and it looks like it is OK. 1 Answer
