Were 3 speed manuals rare in 1980

3-speed manual 4-speed manual 3-speed Turbo-Hydramatic auto. They ain't givin' the numbers...bet that 4 speed would be cute~ you could look at the production numbers and surmise~

Couldn't find numbers either, but did find a way. If you are willing to spend $30 buy this book, it claims to have that information: http://www.elcaminostore.com/1980-chevy-el-camino-by-book.html
