2008 Toyota RAV4 V6

How do I identify the engine cylinder numbers on a v6? I have a code that says the 4th cylinder, I need to locate the engine coil for that cylinder.

Check Engine Light Toyota Rav 4

Check engine light on in my Toyota RAV 4, 6 cylinder. Tune up did not fix. Shows misfire in cylinder #1. Could this also be the loose hose or the gas cap? Mechanic cannot figure out the issue.
