How Fast Should A 2011 Santa Fe Limited Idle At ?

My 2011 Santa Fe has been running rough lately.I had some stalling on occasion and noticed the rpm is around 0.6 when idling. I feel it should be a higher, anyone know the average rpm it s/be?

Started yesterday, 7/3/13. At 40 mph the tach was at 3000 rpm's. To move from a stop, car had to get to 2000 rpm's. Car will not back up. Transmission fluid levels are normal.
