What Kind Of Motor Oil Do I Put Into A 2000 Honda Accord 4 Door V6?

I have what i believe is a 2000 honda accord. It's a 4 door and a v6. I have sae 10w-30 here at the shop. I'm a little passed my usual oil change but i have an appointment next week.
