Why Would My Coil Or My Crank Sensor Switch Not Get Juice?

The fuel pump, starter, inertia switch and fuel pump relay are new. The fuses in the distribution box look good. Crank no start condition. No Fuel, no spark.

My 2003 2.3 ford ranger is misfiring in the first 1000 rpm. Changed the spark plugs, spark plug wires. Still is the same. Any ideas of what to do?
