The dealer was very quick to respond to my emails. The listing of the vehicle was exactly what it looked like in person. The vehicle was clean and ready to drive when my dad went on a Friday night and then again when I went the next afternoon. The staff was very nice and helpful answering any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a car!

I called them the day after I found this and headed their way to look at this! After driving it I knew it was the one I wanted. My payment was what I wanted and after a short time with paperwork they had me driving it home. I love my new vehicle. Thank you guys!

Where do I start? My sale representative (Chris) was welcoming and knowledgeable. As a female I always have anxiety about purchasing a vehicle. Chris wiped all my fears away. His service was prompt and professional. I will recommended to all my friends and family. Rock Auto Exchange totally ROCKS! I absolutely love my A5!

Now this is how buying a vehicle should be! Very good crew to have dealt with. I found the truck on Car Gurus and submitted an inquiry. I got a call within the hour and appreciated the relaxed, down-to-earth vibe I got from Moses. I drove the truck, liked it, and Chris worked out an awesome deal with a lender. I couldn't be any happier with my experience at Rocks. They catered to all my questions and concerns, even outside of business hours, and installed a leveling kit on the truck for me at no cost. Just a great business, period.

I walked in there nervous and anxious and they made everything easy. They kept everything relaxed and comfortable and made my first car purchasing experience a good one. They catered to what I wanted and could afford which ultimately kept me happy in the end. I definitely recommend car shopping from these guys. If they're always conducting themselves in a way they did with me, you'll get great service, a great car, and a great experience at Rocks Auto Exchange; I can almost guarantee it.

Excellent car-buying experience! Chris was so informative and offered lots of details about the car in a casual approach; which allowed me to make a decision without feeling pressured. Unlike the larger dealerships that shuffle clients from Sales Dept, to Finance Dept, to Signing Dept; Chris handled the entire process from start to finish. A few signatures later, I was driving home in my new car! Very fair pricing, offered what I wanted for my trade, and took care of the few requests I had on my new car... Needless to say, I am truly impressed and will certainly tell my friends to shop at Rock's and ask for Chris!

Pleasant experience dealing with Mitchell on this vehicle. They seem like good people to deal with. Unfortunately, the unit did not live up to the advertisement. Two large scratches in the door and a distinct smoky odor in the cab that turned my wife off from a vehicle I was very interested in.

Purchased car about 3 months ago and so far everything is really good. Called and worked out price over the phone and explained I lived about 2 hours away. Was told if, when I got there, I found anything to be not as advertised he would pay for my gas. They even stayed open a little late to accommodate me. Car was in great shape. Test drove great. Was in and out in less than an hour. No surprises except the car had remote start which wasn't in the description (good surprise). One of my best car buying experiences and would definitely recommend them.

Purchasing my new Jeep at Rocks Auto was one of easiest vehicle purchases I ever made. Our salesman was straight forward, no gimicks. Rocks Auto owner also was present at the time of sale and had the Jeep completely cleaned inside and out. Hats off to Rocks Auto for their service.

I only reached out to this dealer by email. I was emailed several times by a sales manager who asked if a salesman could call me. I indicated he could contact me by email , but preferred that he not call. However he never emailed me back.

Good experience. He delivered the car and picked up my trade at my house. Paperwork was all prepared. Took only 45 min. I hadn't seen the car in person but it was exactly as pictured and described. Very pleased with Rocks!
