Told them I don't want to trade my car yet they wouldn't leave me alone about it and continued to low ball me. I never even asked for more money on my trade nor did I tell them I will trade it in. Then on top of that they would not talk about price of there car. They tried to scare me by saying they have 12 people looking into this car and that's what made me leave. They must not want to sell it that bad...

After months of shopping for a Navigator I was able to come to a deal with PCF. We were initially unable to close the deal because I wasn't sold on the color (I was adamant on black but it had all the other features) but they let me keep it from that Saturday night until Monday and I fell in love with it. My salesman Ron was nothing but helpful, and even after the fact when I had a few minor problems he still answered his phone, even on his day off and got me taken care of. Make sure if you get the extended warranty you keep your paperwork because I did have an issue with the service dept but he got that straightened out also. I'd have to say overall, my treatment was first class and there's a big difference between mom & pop places and real dealerships. I was treated like customers matter. I probably wouldn't deal with anybody else but Ron but the other salesmen were very helpful. I highly recommend this dealer

Beware! My personal experience was not good! In short. Was Quoted an amazing deal initially by first rep. I was ready to deal. But communication was not good. He claimed email issues. I was told would call me back. He never did. Instead another rep called days later started from point -A- again. He said he didn't want to play games either wanted to make the deal happen. I told him first I wanted to make sure we start where the other rep and I left off on price. When I mentioned the price, I was told I would be called right back. Hours later a text "sorry, vehicle was sold... :( ". They had two identical vehicles..say one had been sold, they still had the other one to offer. Both vehicles are still available as of today 3 weeks after I was told it was sold. Luckily I asked for clarification before making the trip. I still have been receiving emails to buy a vehicle from them and emails stating how great their dealer is. I Informed the sales manager about the tactics/experience I encountered he assured me there must have been some confusion and also that they don't employ these tactics onto their customers and would like to help me. Actions speak louder then words. Already purchased with another dealer, great experience with them. I would not recommend anyone to this dealer. Proceed at your own risk.
