I emailed this dealer and didn't hear anything back, I gave it 2 days then called and when I got ahold of someone they told me the car was being sold even as we were speaking! VERY UNHAPPY!! If you're going to offer a car on a selling site you should Respond when someone shows Interest!!!

Deal was a bit unorganized but we were able to work it out. Don our salesman treated us well and we were able to come to an agreement. Four stars because of some of the confusion on a deal that should have gone down much faster and simpler. We had all of the figures prior to going there and it was a simple yes or no if they could do the trade in value discussed. I had warned that none of the figures were negotiable either we had a deal or I was going elsewhere. Did not want to waste any time discussing it again. In the end they agreed to the price and the deal was made so it worked out but they did waste my time. I would suggest if a customer has an appointment the car be ready to view, the numbers at least in the sales managers hand and clear as to what was discussed. If the sales manager is going to interfere w his salesperson HE should get on the phone with me before I drive down. I put the blame for most of the wasted time squarely on the sales manager.

After finding several Odyessey vans on the website, I emailed my interest and received a quick response to come check them out. I wasted a sunny Sunday drive only to find that I couldn't look at or test any of them due to the open recall. The salesman was very nice, apologetic and embarrassed that there was no way I could make a deal on one of them. That was my goal for the day, buy the van. He wasn't able to get a date that they would be able to sell or show, so I turned my search elsewhere. I did contact the GM on the following day and received an apology with the request to make it right, but I found a better deal online with less miles than those on the lot. I wish I had known prior to wasting my time. And the cars remained on the website.

Terrible. No communication between teams. I scheduled a look at a car in the morning and when I got there, it was gone. I had to overtly stop someone and ask for my appointment, as none of the people in the office who looked at me for 5 minutes (and I made eye contact with) never even moved from chairs to help. If they would have call before I made the 1 the round trip, I would have been fine. But for them not to, and then not even apologise or follow up with me... Terrible service! They are only interested in money and nothing else.

I contacted the dealer for this vehicle around the closing of the day. They responded rather quickly with a auto responding email letting me know they will be contacting me soon. Soon a lady followed up with an email asking me when did I want to test drive the vehicle. Since it was close to the time for their establishment to close I only asked if they had more pictures of this vehicle. She responded saying that they didn't have any more pictures of the car, and she would take some for me when she came in the morning and send them to me. About 11:25 am next morning (Sunday) morning she contacted me to let me know that this vehicle was no longer available. Not happy with the way dealer handled this sale. Staff should know what is in their inventory before emailing potential buyers.

They answered my email but wouldn't send me pictures of the car or tell me much about it. Shannon just kept wanting me to come visit them. Then sold the car 2 days later. Makes me think this was some sort of gimmick ñ.

I drove over 20 miles just to get a run around. The two vehicles I had inquired about weren't "available. " So they tried to sway me into one that had obvious issues. Then said my trade-in had been in a wreck, which was a total fabrication! I had my mechanic check my car out, plus I had a CLEAN carfax on my car! Won't ever go back.

Timely response. Worked with me to get payment I wanted by combo of slight price decrease and good financing. But now I made the purchase, salesman will not respond back regarding the missing manual he promised me. Service was helpful when I called about a warning light that had come on 3 days after purchase.

My wife and I both felt the sales person was less than honest. We would not recommend Hugh White to a friend. The experience supports a stereotype of the used car salesman experience.

Extremely disappointing experience! My husband looked at the used car and arranged for me to pick it up to take to our mechanic to check it out. I called the salesman on my way to pick it up, and he gave me a shady story that it had been cleaned and that the seats were too wet for me to drive it. I told him that I didn't mind, and then he told me it was locked up and he didn't have the key. He offered to drive it to our mechanic the next day at noon. It never arrived at noon and at 1:30, he spoke with my husband and told him that another salesman had sold it. So shady, irresponsible and unprofessional!!

Intitial meet and greet was great. Salesman was great and informative! After the sale it seems that I've become an after thought and not important any longer. I look for the after sale customer service and Hugh White maybe falling short in this category!
