deceitful and manipulative. Attempted to sale lower end model vehicle as an upgraded version; listed options not actually on vehcile and set price to upgraded version. Not even a bait and switch game, simple blatant lie. Buyer beware.

Twice I have given heggs chances at making a deal with me and twice they have assured me we could and come back 150 dollars a month over my allowable payment. I believe they are a decent dealership if you have alot of money to put down or a perfect 800 score. They are pricey but a lifetime warranty which they will continually remind you of is worth a small increase

My wife and I found a 2017 Genesis 5.0 with 11k miles that they had on the lot over at the Dodge store. I found the whole process to be riddled with inconsistencies. and confusion on the dealerships part. It was a simple purchase! we want that car and we will write a check. It still took 2 visits and an hour and a half of sitting in the waiting area to stroke a check, (No trade no credit check just here's a check for the car) simple right?. Also what ever happened to the asking price + tax + title = total? I don't need your over priced add-on's that you want to pad the sale with. I should have the option to add or not add your window etching, forever warranty and window tint. Seems they make the decision for you on what they have added to the price. I would have walked had I been able to find the car else where. Dealt with 2 sales guys Howard and Daniel. Howard was good at an (8) but Daniel was a solid (4+). 2 nicks in the hood and fender area that my wife and I don't remember seeing the first visit? but they are small and we will live with them. You would think for the money the car would be spotless when you pick it up also? eh NO it was a drive thru wash job. The whole process left me feeling like they weren't telling me the truth about everything. I will be having the car serviced at the Genesis store going forward. The take away was it reminded me why I hate buying cars at dealerships. We do love the Genesis G80 5.0. just not the reseller so much. Oh so here's one more thing I just found: after running a Car Fax "like I said I just didn't have a good feeling about the transaction" I found listed that the original dealership that sold the car in 2016 also did window etching and window tint. Totally SCAMMED me on that. So far I've found no paperwork for the insurance policy with the window etching. I'm certain they will not be refunding that money but I am going to ask my sales guy to see what he says. Other than that we love the car. This is why the auto sales game will eventually move to a amazon type process.

I visited at least a dozen dealerships over the course of one week while I searched for 2 vehicles,. My experience at Superstition Springs was far and away the worst experience I had (by a large margin). Bill was rude, condescending and argumentive. He all but called me a liar (in front of my 9 year old daughter) and assured me that there was no way I would find the type of vehicle I was looking for at the amount I was looking to spend. Upon calling the dealership twice to give feedback to a manager regarding my experience I was told that neither manager I was asking for was available and to try again later in the day. Also, beware of the ridiculous add-ons on their vehicles. I've never seen anything like the sales tactic that they employ with their paint protecting, fabric treating, and extended warranty. It would actually be comical if it weren't for the fact that they tell you that all of these add-ons are already included in your vehicle and ADDED on to the price that is listed for the car! Lastly, I feel compelled​ to add that I did in fact find a vehicle that I love for well under what I was looking to spend... from a dealership that employs friendly and professional people.

Worst customer service ever. Beware. After taking all my personal information and was told the jeep I was interested in was available that they would get back to me. They never called back. I had to reach out to them. I was hanged up twice and then put on long periods of hold. Finally after several attempts I let them know I felt scammed. Right after I got a text from the dealership stating the jeep was sold. I felt totally disrespected.

Dealer's responses were vague and not very prompt. Greatly disliked their unwillingness to work with me by providing me a final sales price over the phone which I was specifically requesting as a stay at home mother of a 6 month old who would not be able to spend hours waiting for that information inside a dealership while the salesman "talked to their manager" about the best price they could offer. The reason I needed to conduct much of my business over the phone is because I live 2 hours away. I was not about to pack up a 6 mo. old infant and drive down for an unlikely possibility and a sales price that inevitably I would have turned down.

I made an appointment to see the vehicle at 3:00 on November 22, 2014. I drove over 50 miles for the appointment and was told that the vehicle had been sold the evening before. The dealer has been spamming me with emails ever since. Overall, a bad experience. I continued shopping down the street and bought a vehicle from Earnhardt Buick GMC which was a good experience.

I gave multiple agents an opportunity to sell me a vehicle on their lot, but I think I was just being used to lure customers.

BEWARE. Don't go there. They give nothing for your trade and the used vehicles they sell aren't prepared properly or do not receive a full inspection before going out on the lot. They just clean them and that's it. Test drove a car that pulled violently to the right and had a terrible noise behind the dashboard. Carfax reported it had been in an accident but dealer wouldn't tell what kind of accident or how much damage. Stay Away from this dealership. They also tried to add $1300 for vehicle prep and "paint protection"!

We searched for our vehicle online and found what seemed to be great deal in this Chevy Impala, so we made an appointment to go see the vehicle. I was extremely disheartened to learn that the advertised price does not include certain options that are, in fact, not optional. This dealership has a policy to install certain things on its entire inventory, but not include them in the advertised price. When you get there, you learn about all these wonderful things, but then find out you are unable to decline them, and then the cost gets added on top of the advertised price. The options include stain repellent/treatment for the seats, some sort of gloss/paint protection, and window etching which is supposed to be some sort of security system. Each option runs around $499.00. The vehicles are still priced well, but I feel it’s dishonest not to include these into the advertised price when they are already on the vehicle and the customer has no choice. After my disappointment with the price adjustments, I then had the worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership when we were handed off to the finance manager. This finance department is not at all interested in doing the right thing for the customer. Dealerships get kickbacks from financial institutions when they finance vehicles, so the goal of this dealership is to get every customer to finance as much as possible to pad its bottom line – or maybe it was just our finance manager trying to pad his commission. Who knows? It was just a very stressful experience. We had planned to place a large down payment or possibly pay cash – God forbid, but since we have a high credit score and could qualify you for 100% financing, we were pounded and hounded into financing as much as possible. We had to sit there and listen to the finance manager degrade us for wanting to put our money towards our new vehicle instead of investing it in a CD that will earn 7% which is more than the interest we would be paying for a loan. While it does make sound financial sense to invest the money if you can earn more than the interest you will pay for a loan, it is a fairy tale to expect 7% on a CD in today’s economy. 7% return on CD’s are a thing of the 1980’s and went out with big hair and shoulder pads. Needless to say, it is not his business to advise us on what to do with our money and I surely do not appreciate incredibly bad financial advice which I did not even solicit. It is only his business to present the option and then arrange whatever financing WE feel is best for us. Period. Honestly, if my husband had not been so anxious to get this car, I would have gone down to my own bank where I have a relationship, and arranged our own financing, which is exactly what I would recommend to anyone who intends to buy from this dealership; if for no other reason than they spam your application all over the financial world and you end up with no less than four hard inquiries on your credit report. Lastly, before purchasing the vehicle, we noticed a paint chip and the trim on the passenger door panel coming up. Our sales person promised that if we purchased this vehicle, he would order some touch up paint for us and call us when it came in, and he would make an appointment for us to bring the car back to their body shop and the trim would be fixed for us, free of charge. Well, it’s been over three weeks and we have not heard anything from him. We really feel like now that this dealership has gotten our money, it’s “so long, suckers!” I hate to say these bad things about any business, but this is genuinely how I feel. I would, very reluctantly, recommend this dealership for consumers who plan their financing ahead of time, realize they will be paying for add-ons they may or may not want, and also with the knowledge that if something is wrong with the vehicle not to take possession of it until it is fixed, as this dealership does not seem to have the integrity to do what it says it will do. If you know all this going in, you might just get a good deal.

l did not appreciate the added costs the dealership put on top of the price of the car. Unfair advertising. Other dealers may do it as well but still the Motor Dealer Assc. should address this.
