Sales person is really nice and helpful but financing manger is really rude, just by the way he was talking and acting like we didnt know anthing mad me not want to buy vehicle there. He was trying to make me feel dumb by saying he will save us money but I work at a financial Institution and I knew he wouldnt and he got mad because I told him I knew he wasnt going to save me anything.

Made an appointment with a woman to see the car. When we showed up she was "busy" but a high pressure sales guy was available and the car we came to look at was "sold. " but of course, there were other not such great deals to look at. No advanced notice or follow up from the person we made the appointment with. Bait and switch all around

I would rate this a zero. I was making a trio to Phoenix from Tucson to see a nice Charger. The internet manager failed to let me know it was sold. Luckily I had a second choice. Bill Luke has a very big inventory, unfortunately they forgot what got them to that point. My family, friends and me will never go to them for a vehicle, even though we will buy in Phoenix.

We were contacted, we set up a time to test drive after work that day. When we got down to the dealership the vehicle was a recent trade in and hadn't been inspected or cleaned. We couldn't take it off of the lot for a test drive due to the lack of inspection. We still wanted the vehicle and went through getting the paperwork ready for the sale pending the dealer's inspection. After 3 hours of waiting and paperwork, right before we saw the 'finance' people we were told we needed to leave money ($1,500 was the suggested deposit but they would take $500) as a deposit to keep the vehicle as ours - the inspection could take 2 days to 2 weeks. We said no to the deposit and they said no deal. We told them to call us after the inspection. Very frustrating visit since we specifically asked if the vehicle was ready for a test drive, went down there after working a ten hour day, went through 3 hours of 'paperwork' with all of it a complete waste of time and waste of gas since we live in the NW valley.

I bought a car from them. The person who sold me the car was named Marlon. He did everything he told me he would do. They did not raise the price or did they treat me unfair. The only reason I knew that because the bank told me so. I would shop there again.

Worst experience you can have at a dealership. I contacted them about a GMC Yukon that was priced at $41k and they give you a $1000 discount if you finance. So I contacted the dealer to purchase the vehicle, they upped the price on me by $2000 and wouldn't honor the price posted on Autotrader, CarGurus and their OWN website. How can you do that to a customer buying a $41,000 vehicle? I called reception multiple times and asked to speak to manager Drew and the female manager, but they wouldn't pick up my phone or call me back. My sales person was Amber. Please see screen shots of their ad below to prove it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. You have been warned of their tactics

Loved the car .Just couldn't make a deal due to their financing deal that isn't a deal.I went there with $10000 to put on a car with 20k miles on it .They couldn't knock a dollar off the car price. I am still looking for a car.

We were told online that we could pay for the car with our credit card. When we got to the dealership and started to fill out the paperwork we were told that we could only use up to $3000 on the card and they would be happy to finance the rest. Then when we paid the taxes in AZ it was more then In CA. So they are keeping the difference. DMV in CA told us that they should refund the difference but so far they are not as we bought it in AZ.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. It was not a good sales experience. To begin, the sales specialist "Kris" informed me that I could only negotiate price of the vehicle within a few hundred dollars of their initial sales price... Really? So I'm spending over 35 thousand dollars and I can only negotiate a few hundred! This was a poor salesmanship tactic, and was not appreciated. To top things off, I paid cash for a lift kit on the vehicle I purchased. After the dealership informed me the kit was not compatible a few days later (shouldn't they have known?), and trying to sell me on a more expensive option, I requested a refund on the kit. They told me I would be refunded by check. It took them an entire month to refund my three thousand dollars! This money should have been earning interest elswhere.

Just bad all over the place. Professionalism at it's worst. Told the sales man that I want to see a used car under a set amount. Test drove a vehicle, got my car "upraised" and after over a hour of my time the sales man goes behing the wizards curtain and I was then told the used 2014 car with 27,000 miles on it was 10,000 more then what I said I wanted. Then come to find out that the car 2017 brand new with all the features was the same price. Then I looked online on the dealers site and the car was priced 10,000 less then the "manager" printed up. Just shady and no respect

Not good communication between internet sales office and potential customer. would never do business with them. I checked their reviews after my trip there...they are not good. Glad I didn't end up buying from them and regretting it later.

Big dealership, plenty of cars & trucks to pick from, pleasant experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Bill Moriority did not pressure us in any way, just took the time to show us what we wanted to see and then left us alone to make the decision. Buying was painless except for the part when the finance guy pushed to sell an extended warranty. I'd buy there again even though I had to pass several Chrysler dealers to get to Bill Luke's!

We went down there 3 times. The first time they ran my credit when they said they just wanated me to fill out some paperwork in case we decided to buy the truck and they came back with my credit run. The second time they called us and said they had an exact truck we were looking for so we get down there and a huge dent is on the tail bed and they were only willing to take off $200. The third time we called seeing a truck we found and they said it was there so we made an appointment thinking we were headed down this time to buy the truck and it was sold!!!

This dealership was no pressure and our sales person Tank was awesome. I did purchase a vehicle and even after everything was done I noticed a scratch on the passanger door that none of us saw before and they scheduled immediately an appt with there body shop to fix it.

One star rating is too high. Such a disappointment. Our salesman was unmotivated and played on his cell more than talked to us. When it came down to signing the contract, there were more extra charges! And because I wasn't financing I had to pay $1,000 extra!! I'm sorry that my money isn't good enough to buy a car in cash.

The dealer said i was pre-approved and i spent $40.00 in cab fare to get there, only to be told I needed more than my monthly income down. Rude, not helpful, all because of an error on my credit. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

The price was gud only if u get loan thru this dealer. Once I apply thru them they want to charge 9.99% APR where my bank offer 4% apr. also another bad thing they submit loan applications to 3-4 diff banks and that hurt ur personal credit history. It's hard inquiry in ur credit bureau. Dealer is very bad how to deal close. Why xtra $1000 off only if we get loan thru them otherwise u pay xtra $1000 not fair. Their bank give high interest rate. Not worth to buy like this

I ended up with a 2015 F150 with a lot less miles. This dealership turns over a lot of vehicles, fast. I asked about 5 different vehicles before I found mine most of them would go to action within days of seeing them on this site.

We drove an hour out of our way to look at something , I called on the way, they said they had it. We got there , someone had told us it sold that morning . The best part is someone called me the next morning telling us to come on down , that it was there which it was not and we knew for a fact , all to get us down there. Will not refer will not go back again .

I haven't purchased a vehicle from here yet (I'm on the east coast) but their pricing is good and they are responsive to inquiries. I also like that the price includes everything. I may still take the trip across county to buy from them given these factors. I haven't been able to find a place that matches their inventory, mileage, and pricing on the east coast yet.

From test drive to my salesman bringing over the sold sign was maybe an hour. Fastest easiest car buying experience I've ever had. They were very fair, I got well over Kelky blue book value for my trade in, & there was no haggling because there was no need for it. I highly recommend this dealership!

They use scams to get you to contact whatever car you contact them regarding I am sure was "just sold" and then we're very rude with me over email when I called them out for scamming me to get my info. Moral of the story if you want to buy a different car than advertised and want someone to then try and sell you a different car for twice as much then contact them

After I told them I was driving 2 hours to look at this truck, they failed to tell me it had not been safety checked. So, I was only able to test drive it around the parking lot. The tires rubbed the wheel wells so I said no thanks. They tried to get me into a more expensive truck at this point. And the trade-in value for my truck was insulting.

Walked in at 8:30pm. Salesman had called me at 8:04pm and said he would be there until 9pm. No one acknowledged us on showroom floor after walking around asking for salesman. Asked info girl for help, still no one . Went out on lot and finally a different salesman came up to us. He took app, said they could work deal but he was on vacation next day. Person who was to call banks and call me by noon Saturday called out sick and ball was dropped. Called in about 3pm and they tracked down app but called back and said couldn't do a deal due to income source . I went in with pre-qualified financing and they wouldn't work with that either after I let them try their banks to see what they had to offer. Waste of my time, gas, and inquiry on credit bureaus. I mentioned in the end if income source is issue then would pay cash for $10k-$12k vehicle. Salesman told me ya if I wanted to look online and see if I liked anything in that range I could come back and test drive. He knew what type of vehicle we were looking for but not interested in helping me with my cash purchase or my pre-qualified financing. Obviously their salesman aren't hungry right now and have more commission than they need. I will not return to Bill Luke as my business was not good enough for them. I will chalk this experience up to yet another company who only pulls out customer service when the economy tanks.

Information changed 5 times. Truck was for sale. Then truck was not for sale. Then contacted again that said truck was for sale then not for sale but was still on the lot. Then back for sale but problems with Carfax different mileage than reported now back up for sale. Not going to deal with them anymore.

Tried to put a lot of pressure on me. Pressure really was on them. They didn't really talk numbers it was just about a monthly payment and they just kept extending the amount of time. Bad time.

The woman we had an appointment with was no where to be found. We spent more time waiting for someone to find her, then we spent actually looking for vehicles. Someone else ended up helping us, but unfortunately their inventory doesn't match what they say they have online. They didn't have 1 vehicle that fit the bill.

Overall great experience. Worked with a veteran salesman by the name of Buck, great honest guy. We've bought a car from them before. We just couldn't seem to to get our numbers to match up with theirs and so no deal was made, which was disappointing. I would go back in the future.

When I went in first on a Friday, Terry (an amazing guy) who I met was kind enough to show me the vehicles that matched my expectations, since I couldn't decide on that day , I went in again on Saturday and I met Jerry another amazing guy, as Terry was busy. The vehicle that I test drove and selected was sold as I did not block it, Terry patiently showed all the available vehicles in that category and after finalizing , he also helped me a lot while finalizing the deal. Every person at Bill Luke Chrysler Jeep Dodge & Ram is amazing and they really know how to treat customers with any kind of mindset. Keep going guys you all rock.

I was an out of town Buyer. The deal fell thru over a $500 difference, which I thought odd. But, is what it is. Overall, they were responsive in a timely fashion. Ultimately, I did not purchase a car here.

Terrance Carter was so pleasant to work with. He is a asset to your company. The dealership was a little out of the ballpark in the negotiations. They know the troubles of this truck. I called the day before advising I would come in for test drive a specific car when I arrived the next day it was dirty and should not have been shown in that condition. Then found another car within $350 and no deal cause only that price if used their financing. Or would be $1000 more in cash. Cash apparently does not work here. Customer service was not good either, I received a call asking me why not just finance only $15dlls a month for $700. Had to block their number. Worst experience ever had at any dealer.

The email updates were frequent on my car selected ... That was great just wish the location on site was more helpful with actually reaching the cars I was looking doing the extra work , going the mile to earn my business and my happiness on helping me find my car I was looking for. Instead I ended up doing all that when its not my specialty and I with with a different dealership who did all that for me : )

I emailed my interest and then called saying I was coming in. I arrived and met up with the internet contact who passed me off to a sales rep. After about 15 minutes of chatter we took off to look at the car and he then mentioned he didn't have the keys. After a few minutes he returned to say the car had been sold earlier in the day. After trying to sell me a different car, I was VERY disappointed as I drove 45 minutes to see the car, that remained listed on their website for at least 3 more days! I wouldn't trust their ads!

Typical car dealer nonsense, ignored 99% of what I asked for, wanted. Made the most ridiculously unfair low-ball trade offer, then chased after me to renegotiate when I walked away after saying, "no, thank you." Yuck.

Uneducated salesman who didn't really help answer questions just unlocked the cars. It was the Internet salesmans job to harass and spam us with information we never asked for. When I responded w specific ?s they responded only interested in selling the vehicle - and avoiding the questions. VERYfrustrating the exact vehicle I wanted they wouldn't show me. They only showed me the more pricey models. After asking 5 different people where the 2010 was that I wanted they told me it didn't pass inspection. But it's still on their website for sale. Care salesman really think I'm dumb...

The internet sales mgr, Joe was very helpful and assisted me in obtaining the out of door price for the vehicle I was interested in. Although I did not purchase it, I appreciated that there were no back and forth price negotiations, that I typically have experienced with auto dealers. Everything was straightforward. I will keep this dealer in mind as I continue my search. On a different note, the interior of the car I was interested in was pretty dirty. I attempted to explain this to the sales person, Dave, but he dismissed my observation as multiple people test driving the car. As a consumer, I expect the interior of the vehicle to be, at the very least, wiped down and somewhat clean. The sales guy lost me as a customer due to blowing me off. I'll get a different guy next time.

Showed me a lot of vehicles... Never asked what I was looking for so he could at least narrow the search. Had to talk to manager in the end and the manager was not interested in negotiating. If you are not going to negotiate, then don't ask what it will take to get the deal done.

Friendly employees. Didn't feel pressured. As with most dealerships cut me loose as soon as the deal was done. Called back within 24 hours with an issue, was told it was covered under purchased warranty and to take it to that dealership.

Bill Luke Chysler not only found me the perfect vehicle but they were able to get it within my budget. The staff was extremely helpful from sales, financing dept, to the individual whom showed me how all of the vehicle options worked. There was a factory issue with the travel links. Their service dept was top notch. They gave me a rental vehicle and continuously contacted me giving me the updates on the progress. Not only do I highly recommend them; I will be going back for my next vehicle purchase. Thank you Bill Luke for the wonderful car buying experience!!!!!!

I called to set up an appointment to see and test drive the truck but I had to wait because the truck had to go through a safety inspection, when the truck supposedly got ready they contacted me so I could see and test drive it, when I get there I ask to see the salesman I was in contact with about the truck wasn't there so a different guy took over and went to get the keys . It took him a while when he finally showed up he told me that the truck didn't pass the inspection .I was shocked why they didn't tell me that before I could go or make me waste my time.

Terrible experience,salesman was very rude and disrespectful to me an my family because we didn't like the truck he showed us. And didn't want to show us any more. He just wanted to get rid of us. The truck he showed us was not ready to be seen by the public, parts everywhere and not clean at all.

Found a car we were interested in but they would not allow us to put a deposit on it to hold it. It was in service and they would not allow my mechanic to look at it. I asked to be contacted when my mechanic could look at it but they sold it. They didn't seem to want my business. I think they are only interested in suckers, and anyone else they don't care about.

We had to wait an exorbitant amount of time to finance paperwork, but otherwise our service was great. Our sales rep Gerry was very kind, quick, and efficient. On the whole, we were very pleased.

I was told to come and and drive the car. I arrived 45 minutes later to discover that the car was not ready to test drive! This was repeated two days later when I was assured that the car was ready. It was not! Again!

Sales manager, Mitch, was extremely rude and argumentative. The salesperson and everyone else we dealt with were great. They advertise very aggressive prices but make their money off of you through very low trade in amounts (half of what other dealers offered), warranties, financing kick backs, etc.

Expect them to lowball trade. Was able to get double the offer but had to act like I was walking away twice. No negotiations on price but they had the best price in the valley. Got a great deal in the end.

They were great. Did the talking over the phone. Worst part, told them I was coming, drove 5 hours, car wasn't ready for me to test drive for 45 minutes after I got there. They didn't try to change anything we talked about when I got there. Very satisfying.

I bought a used 2012 Dodge Journey From Luke on Camelback. My experience was generally good. I think I got a fairly good price on my used Dodge, but not great. I found the dealership to be somewhat intimidating... the place is huge. Our salesman was courteous and not pushy. Overall, I think i got a OK price and had an OK experience but not great. I would encourage Luke CJD to eliminate some of the chrome and glass and try to make their dealership experience a little more user friendly. I was also unpleased by the amount of time it took once the decision to by had been made. Too many "serial" paperwork process to complete... But in fairness, it's probably pretty much the same everywhere....

Terrible experience. Although I did buy a truck from this place, and I love the truck, I hated the service. Salesperson wasn't very professional and I felt as though he was trying to shove the deal down my throat. If the truck wasn't exactly what I was looking for, I would've walked away. Not to mention, when I got the truck, the gas tank was nearly empty, oil was at 25% and the battery life was at 50%. So annoying.

Great car worked with us pretty good in order for us to be able to afford the payments with our bad credit but had to take it back the next day had for service to fix some noises the car started making. Don't think they did the multi inspection they claimed to do before re selling. I never heard from service department or any management about what the issue was and was told I would get an email sent to me and a call back

Dealer responded immediately to my query about the car via email and was very responsive to my follow on emails with questions about the car. Although I did not purchase the car, Bill Luke was excellent and was the only dealership out of 10 that I was conversing with that provided me with the out the door price on a car.
