Dealership was awesome, but one day after buying, malfunction codes came up so car in the shop for next 2 days, out of owning for 4 days only got to use for 1 1/2 days. Bought in Phoenix and brought it back to San Diego when contacting selling dealership was told nothing we can do as its in San Diego, told to take it to dealership nearest to us. As of now no follow up from selling dealer. Kinda on our own to figure it out

Price advertised fo vehicle was much lower than the dealer said the price was during my visit. The poorer the credit rating the higher the financing discount. Did have the vehicles advertised, just at a higher price and to qualify for the higher financing bonus you needed a lower credit rating. Good credit is bad on this case.

I was told that the price listed on this site is not the same price as the dealer’s internet pricing and that any 3rd party advertiser (such as this site) can list any price they want, which is not always the actual price of the car. They refused to match this site’s price and work with me on the trade value so I didn’t buy the car.

All of the employees are nice and respectful. The prices at this dealership seem to beat most others, but they are so busy that trying to contact anyone by phone is ridiculous and the quality of service kinda plummets. I bought from them and I'm glad I did, but I wouldn't go back for services or anything else.

THE EXPLORING EXPERIENCE It was my first car buying experience and I was hoping to get some guidance. Though it was far from my place, I came to Bill Luke because it had good reviews. The person who assisted me in checking the cars was straight forward and helped me with all the concerns I had, he spent some time explaining and showed me around and also a friend who accompanied me, I felt I was at the right place and decided to buy the car I like, then it started. THE BUYING EXPERIENCE But when we went to the financing department I felt cornered, they told me I did not have enough credit history (I had a good score but I had moved into the county less than a year ago), and that I did not qualify for their offer after I made a down payment. They also ran my credit check multiple times without checking with me, I know some banks would not approve because I did not have enough history but I should have been told, I am not at their mercy and I had other options to make payment. Next they told me my APR is going to be high but later offered me additional services like extended warranty, car tracking and so on, I had told them that I am looking to use the car for a year or so and may have to travel again but they still said I should go with it. It was at that moment I regret so much, maybe I was stressed or maybe I was inexperienced to understand what I need or don’t and I signed up. I was charged a 500$ doc whereas the website says 399$, the sales man had offered a 200$ discount which was not honored while I was paying and there were so many papers I had to sign I only caught the 1000$ discount was not offered, but it was me who found it and not them who were supposed to tell me. AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE I bought the car on April 8 2018, requested to cancel the add-ons on April 9 2018. It is June 1 today and I have not received a complete refund, may be it takes time. But after all these days I was told that one of the item (security/car tracking) cannot be cancelled and it costed me 795$. I have not used it and no clue how it is setup, I was told at the time of cancellation “oh it’s just a software don’t worry about it” and now they say “it’s a hardware and the only product you bought and we cannot cancel it”, after almost 2 months and many interactions with the finance team over email. It is a big amount for me and I don’t know how to get to others except for the sales or finance person who assisted me in buying the car. You can buy a car here and people of pretty good at what they do, even at making sure that you spend on things you won’t need. Everybody told me that the car buying experience can be a quite complicated and frustrating and Bill Luke guys proved it right. Thank you Bill Luke for taking my money, I like the car but the experience sucked and it felt like I was cheated, so I don’t want write a single thing I am happy about.

Experience went well but it took almost 3-3.5 hours from start to finish. Way too long in my estimate. I pretty much had my mind made up when I went in what I wanted to buy (and pay) but it still drug out ( time is money as they say). Staff professional and courteous. Decent 8 out of ten experience!

I set up a time with the bill Luke internet manager to test drive the car. He is the one who confirmed wth me the Timor. Was told he would have the car out in front for me and to ask for him. Arrived on confirmed time. He never came to speak to me. Salesman inquired on veh on my behalf he came back told me car was sold. This was not good business for me as a customer. The manager did not email or text me to inform me of sale. A cheesy way to get you to come to dealership.

The car was listed for $1,000 on CarGurus.com. When I emailed and called the dealer to buy the car they wouldn't honor the original price they listed on CarGurus.com, instead asking for 14 times more. They apologized, but have been spamming me with emails since, and it feels like they posted the wrong price just to entice inquiries so they can harvest email/phone number to advertise to.

I didn’t buy this particular car as liked another one better there. Although I don’t think I would buy again from here. I had to actually wait like 20 min for a salesperson and didn’t get to deal with the internet manager like I have at other dealerships. Then I had to finance the car or would have to pay more and then they give crap interest rates. My car was also missing the navigation card so now I have to buy that for $300. The salesperson knew nothing about the car and the follow up has been terrible for my SD card that he was going to assist with. In fact I’m wondering why I even gave them my business, but certainly never will again.

It's as though I asked them about their apples and what I got back all was other nuances about bananas, oranges, etc. I think they get so many contacts from mildly-interested potential buyers that they can't differentiate a serious one or maybe I just don't fit into their formula for their sales model. I don't know, but they lost a very easy sale. I've located another car already.

Terrible customer service. They sit you in an office for hours and hours to push you around. Finally he came back to settle at 31. After we settled on 31 he comes back, to say the lowest they can go 31,300. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Didn’t end up doing the deal with them over $300 that they couldn’t agree on. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Communication was good. Asked them to deduct the doc fee since I never pay for it, ever. That is just extra profit for the dealer. Mangager would not negotiate at all. Kind of disappointed but I guess they figured they would sell it anyway. Overall, OK but not great.

They called me and made an appointment to view the vehicle the next day. I went ahead and showed up at my scheduled appointment wasn't helped for over 1 hr no one even asked if we needed help very bad service . After 1 hr finally someone came and helped only for the to tell us the truck has been sold the day before . Complete waste of time they aren't organized and don't know how to communicate with clietts.

I meet up with the sales team, and they did some research and found that the truck they had did not meet the Bill luke standards so mthe truck was sent to auction. I was very impressed with the sales team that I worked with even if I was not able to purchase a truck from them. I will defiantly keep them in mind for the future. Thanks Bill Luke.

It was a horrendous experience the truck was leaking oil the manager did not believe me at first and he said if you don't like it don't buy it very arrogantly and all he could do was brag about how many vehicles they sell everyday.

Nice car, easy people to deal with. Only problem is the finance person. I told them no at least three times to the maintenance program for an extra $3000.00. Kept coming back at me with it, wouldn't take no for an answer. Like a dummy I gave in. I guess that's how they make their money, or he wouldn't of pushed so hard.

Didn't like that they raised the price of their vehicle 1000.00 dollars if I did not use their financing, and the quote for my license plate fees was 400.00 dollars higher than it should have been. I choose not to visit dealer worried that more surprises awaited.

I’d give zero star stars if it were counted but since I can’t go lower than 1 star then I guess they benefitted from my good assessment of them. Emailed an offer. They responded that their price is their price and didn’t counter offer. I also was trying to do an internet purchase and asked that if we agree on terms to have finance write up the contract and I’d shoe up and spend 15 minutes signing documents and would be on my way. Their response was it takes waaayyyyy longer than 15 minutes to buy a car. Hmmmm. Yeah I’ve experienced this sales tactic before. They treat you like a convicted felon in solitary while they spend hours upon hours of mentally torturing you until you finally just sign the line to save yourself and escape from them. There are generally two types of car dealers I’ve found from multiple online purchases. There are those who want to SELL cars and there are those that want to keep them all for themselves it seems. Bill Luke is a very slimy form of the latter. I’m forever a Non-Bill-Luke Guy.

The salesman was pretty much useless. Did not return phone calls or texts in a timely manner. The truck I was interested in was sold because of his lack of response. I tried to schedule something with him for 2 days without luck.

All of the employees there worked with me well. Ran into a bump with the interest rate, but we were able to come to an agreement because the dealership kept all of their promises to us. They were also able to fix a large dent on the top of the car. So overall very satisfied.

Mileage on car turned out to be different than posted on internet. It wasn't discovered until quite a way through the buying process. Cumbersome paperwork from the Dealer to "cover our butt" according to the sales manager. Very contentious process buying the Chrysler CPO vehicle from this dealer. Shop elsewhere.

We were interested in a year old vehicle from Bill Luke we saw advertised online. When calling to see if the vehicle was available we were told it was, and were given a price $1000 lower than what it was listed for online. After test driving the vehicle and falling in love with it we were told the vehicle was $1000 more than what we were told over the phone, and that in order to get the vehicle for the quoted price we had to finance through Bill Luke's own in house financing program. This was absolutely no problem since credit is very good, however we were only "allowed" to put 10% of the vehicle price down in order to qualify for the $1000 off. We had a substantial down so therefore could not qualify for the vehicle at a better price. We decided to go ahead and proceed at the full price of the internet ad, but at that point my husband realized there was only one key FOB and questioned the salesperson. We were then told that all used vehicles are sold as is and if there is something missing that is too bad. This is actually very understandable, however we were told the vehicle was $1000 less than what we could actually buy it for and they were totally unwilling to budge at all on the price. My husband at that point asked if they would be willing to at least go in half on a key FOB, which would be $125 cost to them. They said no and we walked. We were actually in our cars driving out of the parking lot when a sales manager came out with our salesman and flagged my husband down and said they would do it. When we got back in and looked at the new sheet all they had done was taken the $250 cost for the key FOB out of our down payment which in turn raised the monthly payment. Needless to say we walked out. This company has a problem with a couple things: Misleading ad prices - They say you can get $1000 off for using their financing, however they do not disclose anywhere you can only put a tiny down payment on the car in order to qualify. This is so they can recoup the $1000 discount back in added interest since the capitol of the loan is higher. Integrity- The sales manager came out and actually dragged us back in saying they were doing something and then changed numbers around to try to make it look like they were. No Negotiations- We walked out because they wouldn't provide a second key FOB even though they would not come down even a dollar on their price.

The response was slow. The car was in transit. Turns out it wasn't red it was blue. They called to for me to come test drive it... finding out when I arrived it was a manual and not an automatic as advertised. They called the next day to tell me they had others even tho I had asked the day before whIle I was there. I won't go back or recommend. They are foo big. They don't know their inventory and wasted my time.

My experience was not so pleasant. The finance and internet sale guy were awesome. This is the only reason I gave it two stars. My issue was the actual sales guy I was dealing with. I was left alone for extended periods of time. Only to find him carrying conversations with the other salesman. He even went to eat in the break room and left me in the office. I felt like a number instead of a customer. The vehicle I purchased had a smoke odor coming out the vents. I asked if it could be removed before purchase and I was told no. The vehicle was used and was missing all but one floor mat. After purchase when I got in the vehicle it was 3/4 full. I payed 43k for the vehicle and I have a credit score of 781. This was a easy sale because I researched the vehicle before coming on the lot. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone if all the salesman are like what was described above.

They have a non-pushy approach to sales and customer service i would not normally expect. I really want to make my next vehicle purchase from this group. :)

My husband and I spent 4 hours at this dealership. We agreed and signed at a specific monthly payment but at the end of the night they told us that the only fianance deal they could get is was 24%apr and $100 over the monthly payment we agreed on. They are scammers and will take your money if you let them.

The price on Cargurus is only good if you finance through Bill Luke. If you do not use their financing option, the price is $1,000 higher. I think this is very misleading

Took the day off from work. Drove from NV to AZ just to try to trade in our 2015 dodge journey for a 2014 dodge Durango. Got discouraging news from the sales manager. That they couldn't accept our trade in for an older model because we had recently purchased the journey a couple of months back but they could if we purchased a 2017 model. It was a disappointment what they had to offer. Loss a day of work. Left with no trade in because I wasn't going to settle for what they had to offer. Maybe if I was purchasing with out trade in, I might have had a better experience.

Sent one inquiry, have 5 sales associates emailing and calling me non-stop trying to sell me different cars then the one I contacted them about. I asked about a Van, not a dodge dart or other economy car... what the hell. Might be a great dealership, however do not give them ANY personal information unless you want to be harassed for a week or so.

Sales person is really nice and helpful but financing manger is really rude, just by the way he was talking and acting like we didnt know anthing mad me not want to buy vehicle there. I would rate this a zero. I was making a trio to Phoenix from Tucson to see a nice Charger. The internet manager failed to let me know it was sold. Luckily I had a second choice. Bill Luke has a very big inventory, unfortunately they forgot what got them to that point. My family, friends and me will never go to them for a vehicle, even though we will buy in Phoenix.

We were contacted, we set up a time to test drive after work that day. When we got down to the dealership the vehicle was a recent trade in and hadn't been inspected or cleaned. We couldn't take it off of the lot for a test drive due to the lack of inspection. We still wanted the vehicle and went through getting the paperwork ready for the sale pending the dealer's inspection. After 3 hours of waiting and paperwork, right before we saw the 'finance' people we were told we needed to leave money ($1,500 was the suggested deposit but they would take $500) as a deposit to keep the vehicle as ours - the inspection could take 2 days to 2 weeks. We said no to the deposit and they said no deal. We told them to call us after the inspection. Very frustrating visit since we specifically asked if the vehicle was ready for a test drive, went down there after working a ten hour day, went through 3 hours of 'paperwork' with all of it a complete waste of time and waste of gas since we live in the NW valley.

I bought a car from them. The person who sold me the car was named Marlon. He did everything he told me he would do. They did not raise the price or did they treat me unfair. The only reason I knew that because the bank told me so. I would shop there again.

Worst experience you can have at a dealership. I contacted them about a GMC Yukon that was priced at $41k and they give you a $1000 discount if you finance. So I contacted the dealer to purchase the vehicle, they upped the price on me by $2000 and wouldn't honor the price posted on Autotrader, CarGurus and their OWN website. How can you do that to a customer buying a $41,000 vehicle? I called reception multiple times and asked to speak to manager Drew and the female manager, but they wouldn't pick up my phone or call me back. My sales person was Amber. Please see screen shots of their ad below to prove it. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. You have been warned of their tactics

Loved the car .Just couldn't make a deal due to their financing deal that isn't a deal.I went there with $10000 to put on a car with 20k miles on it .They couldn't knock a dollar off the car price. I am still looking for a car.

We were told online that we could pay for the car with our credit card. When we got to the dealership and started to fill out the paperwork we were told that we could only use up to $3000 on the card and they would be happy to finance the rest. Then when we paid the taxes in AZ it was more then In CA. So they are keeping the difference. DMV in CA told us that they should refund the difference but so far they are not as we bought it in AZ.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. It was not a good sales experience. To begin, the sales specialist "Kris" informed me that I could only negotiate price of the vehicle within a few hundred dollars of their initial sales price... Really? So I'm spending over 35 thousand dollars and I can only negotiate a few hundred! This was a poor salesmanship tactic, and was not appreciated. To top things off, I paid cash for a lift kit on the vehicle I purchased. After the dealership informed me the kit was not compatible a few days later (shouldn't they have known?), and trying to sell me on a more expensive option, I requested a refund on the kit. They told me I would be refunded by check. It took them an entire month to refund my three thousand dollars! This money should have been earning interest elswhere.

Just bad all over the place. Professionalism at it's worst. Told the sales man that I want to see a used car under a set amount. Test drove a vehicle, got my car "upraised" and after over a hour of my time the sales man goes behing the wizards curtain and I was then told the used 2014 car with 27,000 miles on it was 10,000 more then what I said I wanted. Then come to find out that the car 2017 brand new with all the features was the same price. Then I looked online on the dealers site and the car was priced 10,000 less then the "manager" printed up. Just shady and no respect

Went to test drive a specific vehicle I had looked all over for, they sold it before I got there. Not good communication between internet sales office and potential customer. would never do business with them. I checked their reviews after my trip there...they are not good. Glad I didn't end up buying from them and regretting it later.

Big dealership, plenty of cars & trucks to pick from, pleasant experience from start to finish. Our salesman, Bill Moriority did not pressure us in any way, just took the time to show us what we wanted to see and then left us alone to make the decision. Buying was painless except for the part when the finance guy pushed to sell an extended warranty. I'd buy there again even though I had to pass several Chrysler dealers to get to Bill Luke's!

We went down there 3 times. The first time they ran my credit when they said they just wanated me to fill out some paperwork in case we decided to buy the truck and they came back with my credit run. The second time they called us and said they had an exact truck we were looking for so we get down there and a huge dent is on the tail bed and they were only willing to take off $200. The third time we called seeing a truck we found and they said it was there so we made an appointment thinking we were headed down this time to buy the truck and it was sold!!!

This dealership was no pressure and our sales person Tank was awesome. I did purchase a vehicle and even after everything was done I noticed a scratch on the passanger door that none of us saw before and they scheduled immediately an appt with there body shop to fix it.

One star rating is too high. Such a disappointment. Our salesman was unmotivated and played on his cell more than talked to us. When it came down to signing the contract, there were more extra charges! And because I wasn't financing I had to pay $1,000 extra!! I'm sorry that my money isn't good enough to buy a car in cash.

The dealer said i was pre-approved and i spent $40.00 in cab fare to get there, only to be told I needed more than my monthly income down. Rude, not helpful, all because of an error on my credit. Wouldnt recommend to my worst enemy.

The price was gud only if u get loan thru this dealer. Once I apply thru them they want to charge 9.99% APR where my bank offer 4% apr. also another bad thing they submit loan applications to 3-4 diff banks and that hurt ur personal credit history. It's hard inquiry in ur credit bureau. Dealer is very bad how to deal close. Why xtra $1000 off only if we get loan thru them otherwise u pay xtra $1000 not fair. Their bank give high interest rate. Not worth to buy like this

I ended up with a 2015 F150 with a lot less miles. This dealership turns over a lot of vehicles, fast. I asked about 5 different vehicles before I found mine most of them would go to action within days of seeing them on this site.
