After getting to dealership price was higher than advertised with their add ons. They lowball you on your trade in and only want to sell you if you finance through them. Unpleasant experience and will not go back there.

Said he couldn’t run the vin that it was no good but others had no problem. I sent them a corrected vin number that others have ran with no problem, I don’t think they read all of my replies. I feel the sales person was not on top of it

Not helpful in any way, shape, or form. When texting back and forth with the dealership, they would say that they missed my texts. Then they came back saying oops we sold the car you were interested in but we have others if you're interested. After replying, they don't respond.

My first contact with the dealership was speaking with Jamie over the phone. Jamie was extremely pleasant and I was up front with him. I didn't want to waste my time or his and I let him know that my past experiences with dealerships was pretty negative. He answered all my questions with sincerity and gained my trust so I made arrangements with him to view this particular vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership I was welcomed in and being that the temp was 110 the staff there offered me a water. They asked how can we help you and I stated that I had an appointment with Jamie to view a certain vehicle. Jamie had arranged for me to meet with a salesman named Morrison. I couldn't ask for a more pleasant person than Morrison. He showed me the exact vehicle I wanted to see and from there the buying experience went extremely well. After a test drive and a favorable negotiation on the final price we ended up buying the vehicle that night. Morrison made the whole experience very pleasant!

Could not get a out the door price quote. Asked several times all I got was generic emails, had the same problem last year. Think they dont want to sell this vehicle or they dont even have it Extremely frustrating. Talked on the phone twice was promised a email with a out the door price quote. Nothing.

Excellent did everything they needed to to get me this car. After we just bought one and 3 weeks later it was totaled in a accident. Until the insurance and gap pays out we had to get another 2 auto loan and they went above and beyond and it’s newer and better then the edge that was totaled and saved us $10k. Very busy dealership be prepared to be there for at least 4 hours on a Saturday.

The internet sales person contacted me, and though she told me the car had been sold, I went in to check out some other vehicles. She sent to Maurice Bell who was awesome. He was super helpful and friendly. I actually wanted to buy my car from him, but once I'd decided on what I was getting, they didn't have it. I was not happy with the experience I received from Bill Luke. I did not feel appreciated as a buyer. I was talked down on, getting called sweetie. They did not even acknowledge my trade. They weren’t very negotiable. As some one who works in the car industry, I expect to be treated a little better from a company like Bill Luke.

The person that answered my email had referred my email to another person who was supposed to get back to me. All I wanted was the price and no one ever got me the price. That vehicle had everything I was looking for on it but I didn't want to drive many miles until I figured out whether I could afford it or not. Well I got my truck someplace else that had the price listed on the picture of the truck.

Great selection, but the finance guy sneaked a $2400 unrequested 3rd party service agreement, after multiple times told not to do..Come with your finance, just ask for the out-the-door price and come back with the loan. Sales agents are nice, but will not help you after the finance guy does his tricks on you.

Great experience! The internet sales rep, the onsite salesperson and their entire team were, courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very attentive. Katherine and Terry quickley responded to all my questions about the vehicle. They emailed me several photos upon my request. Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted and quickley attended to. The sales manager also greeted us! Upon inspecting the vehicle, it was exactly what Terry described, awsome. Reece, the title paperwork person was also very pleasant. The facilites were excellent. The entire sales team was great! I highly recommend this dealership.

Worst car dealership experience ever. Doug from the sales office spoke rudely and made fun of my name before hanging up on me. Another sales manager spoke with ego and sarcasm when I called back to speak to another person. They initially told me they dont negotiate or lower their prices when I stepped foot on the lot, specifically by Saul the sales agent. I saw later they lowered the price of a vehicle...ofcourse they negotiate on used cars. Who are we kidding? Dont go here, plenty of other dealers around.

purchased a certified used vehical from them, it was actually their service loaner. When I purchased the vehical there was two things I wanted addressed. The hood buffed, the windshield replced( it has a large rock chip) I was told 2 days someone will call you to schedule repairs. Well a week goes by nothing. So I call, text and call again the sales person. “Oh someone will call you tomorrow” another few days call, text and call again. “Oh someone will call tomorrow” another week and finally I get an app scheduled. Mind you no one ever call ME, I called them. So car gets dropped off and I make sure theybknow I have to have it back next day by 5 pm I was leaving town my grandma had just had a stroke. I got pick up my car and they tried to repair the windshield! This is a pit the size of a standard marbal!! It cannot be fixed! You still see it, you still feel it. I ask for a manager and I get the sales manger Paul. The absolute rudest person I’ve ever met.

I wouldn't purchase from this dealer because they charge a $1000.00 premium from the advertised price if you don't finance with them. This is a very misleading tactic. They advertise the price for $!000.00 less than what it will cost you to purchase the car. Some of us still don't like to play games. The interest rate they charge is about 3% more than what I can get at my credit union.

First of all the suburban was the exact model and year and mile however cheaper at bill Luke’s. I drove 58 minutes to see it. The dealer I worked with started off telling me all used models were in horrible condition and I should not waste my time. I persisted. I wanted to see the white 2018 suburban since I drove so long. He looked irritated so we saw the SUV and he started talking about all the negative qualities about the vehicle, my wife came out to see it and he did not even greet her. His attitude was subpar at best which turned my wife away and subsequently turned me away. Needless to say, my family purchased the same year and type of vehicle at Another location. If it wasn’t for the crappy work that the dealer did we would have worked with him...

I was not pleased at all. First, I used their own website in order to make sure I got the right information. But alas they didn't honor their own sites information from trade in value, to the value of the car. Then after the site found a deal from the dealership that fit (their own site). The car salesman says we can do that only with 4000 down on top of a 34999 trade in. When I was looking to simply down grade to a cheaper vehicle. I will not be going back.

Dealership was awesome, but one day after buying, malfunction codes came up so car in the shop for next 2 days, out of owning for 4 days only got to use for 1 1/2 days. Bought in Phoenix and brought it back to San Diego when contacting selling dealership was told nothing we can do as its in San Diego, told to take it to dealership nearest to us. As of now no follow up from selling dealer. Kinda on our own to figure it out

Price advertised fo vehicle was much lower than the dealer said the price was during my visit. The poorer the credit rating the higher the financing discount. Did have the vehicles advertised, just at a higher price and to qualify for the higher financing bonus you needed a lower credit rating. Good credit is bad on this case.

I was told that the price listed on this site is not the same price as the dealer’s internet pricing and that any 3rd party advertiser (such as this site) can list any price they want, which is not always the actual price of the car. They refused to match this site’s price and work with me on the trade value so I didn’t buy the car.

All of the employees are nice and respectful. The prices at this dealership seem to beat most others, but they are so busy that trying to contact anyone by phone is ridiculous and the quality of service kinda plummets. I bought from them and I'm glad I did, but I wouldn't go back for services or anything else.

THE EXPLORING EXPERIENCE It was my first car buying experience and I was hoping to get some guidance. Though it was far from my place, I came to Bill Luke because it had good reviews. The person who assisted me in checking the cars was straight forward and helped me with all the concerns I had, he spent some time explaining and showed me around and also a friend who accompanied me, I felt I was at the right place and decided to buy the car I like, then it started. THE BUYING EXPERIENCE But when we went to the financing department I felt cornered, they told me I did not have enough credit history (I had a good score but I had moved into the county less than a year ago), and that I did not qualify for their offer after I made a down payment. They also ran my credit check multiple times without checking with me, I know some banks would not approve because I did not have enough history but I should have been told, I am not at their mercy and I had other options to make payment. Next they told me my APR is going to be high but later offered me additional services like extended warranty, car tracking and so on, I had told them that I am looking to use the car for a year or so and may have to travel again but they still said I should go with it. It was at that moment I regret so much, maybe I was stressed or maybe I was inexperienced to understand what I need or don’t and I signed up. I was charged a 500$ doc whereas the website says 399$, the sales man had offered a 200$ discount which was not honored while I was paying and there were so many papers I had to sign I only caught the 1000$ discount was not offered, but it was me who found it and not them who were supposed to tell me. AFTER SALES EXPERIENCE I bought the car on April 8 2018, requested to cancel the add-ons on April 9 2018. It is June 1 today and I have not received a complete refund, may be it takes time. But after all these days I was told that one of the item (security/car tracking) cannot be cancelled and it costed me 795$. I have not used it and no clue how it is setup, I was told at the time of cancellation “oh it’s just a software don’t worry about it” and now they say “it’s a hardware and the only product you bought and we cannot cancel it”, after almost 2 months and many interactions with the finance team over email. It is a big amount for me and I don’t know how to get to others except for the sales or finance person who assisted me in buying the car. You can buy a car here and people of pretty good at what they do, even at making sure that you spend on things you won’t need. Everybody told me that the car buying experience can be a quite complicated and frustrating and Bill Luke guys proved it right. Thank you Bill Luke for taking my money, I like the car but the experience sucked and it felt like I was cheated, so I don’t want write a single thing I am happy about.

Experience went well but it took almost 3-3.5 hours from start to finish. Way too long in my estimate. I pretty much had my mind made up when I went in what I wanted to buy (and pay) but it still drug out ( time is money as they say). Staff professional and courteous. Decent 8 out of ten experience!

I set up a time with the bill Luke internet manager to test drive the car. He is the one who confirmed wth me the Timor. Was told he would have the car out in front for me and to ask for him. Arrived on confirmed time. He never came to speak to me. Salesman inquired on veh on my behalf he came back told me car was sold. This was not good business for me as a customer. The manager did not email or text me to inform me of sale. A cheesy way to get you to come to dealership.

The car was listed for $1,000 on CarGurus.com. When I emailed and called the dealer to buy the car they wouldn't honor the original price they listed on CarGurus.com, instead asking for 14 times more. They apologized, but have been spamming me with emails since, and it feels like they posted the wrong price just to entice inquiries so they can harvest email/phone number to advertise to.

The response from the dealership was so slow, took them a week to answer a simple question concerning equipment on the car. When the answer finally came it was done with an attitude. This dealership needs to review how inquiries are handled, slow answers are not helpful.

I didn’t buy this particular car as liked another one better there. Although I don’t think I would buy again from here. I had to actually wait like 20 min for a salesperson and didn’t get to deal with the internet manager like I have at other dealerships. Then I had to finance the car or would have to pay more and then they give crap interest rates. My car was also missing the navigation card so now I have to buy that for $300. The salesperson knew nothing about the car and the follow up has been terrible for my SD card that he was going to assist with. In fact I’m wondering why I even gave them my business, but certainly never will again.

It's as though I asked them about their apples and what I got back all was other nuances about bananas, oranges, etc. I think they get so many contacts from mildly-interested potential buyers that they can't differentiate a serious one or maybe I just don't fit into their formula for their sales model. I don't know, but they lost a very easy sale. I've located another car already.

Terrible customer service. They sit you in an office for hours and hours to push you around. Finally he came back to settle at 31. After we settled on 31 he comes back, to say the lowest they can go 31,300. They will try to squeeze every penny out of you. Didn’t end up doing the deal with them over $300 that they couldn’t agree on. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone.

Communication was good. Asked them to deduct the doc fee since I never pay for it, ever. That is just extra profit for the dealer. Mangager would not negotiate at all. Kind of disappointed but I guess they figured they would sell it anyway. Overall, OK but not great.

They called me and made an appointment to view the vehicle the next day. I went ahead and showed up at my scheduled appointment wasn't helped for over 1 hr no one even asked if we needed help very bad service . After 1 hr finally someone came and helped only for the to tell us the truck has been sold the day before . Complete waste of time they aren't organized and don't know how to communicate with clietts.

I meet up with the sales team, and they did some research and found that the truck they had did not meet the Bill luke standards so mthe truck was sent to auction. I was very impressed with the sales team that I worked with even if I was not able to purchase a truck from them. I will defiantly keep them in mind for the future. Thanks Bill Luke.

It was a horrendous experience the truck was leaking oil the manager did not believe me at first and he said if you don't like it don't buy it very arrogantly and all he could do was brag about how many vehicles they sell everyday.

Nice car, easy people to deal with. Only problem is the finance person. I told them no at least three times to the maintenance program for an extra $3000.00. Kept coming back at me with it, wouldn't take no for an answer. Like a dummy I gave in. I guess that's how they make their money, or he wouldn't of pushed so hard.

Didn't like that they raised the price of their vehicle 1000.00 dollars if I did not use their financing, and the quote for my license plate fees was 400.00 dollars higher than it should have been. I choose not to visit dealer worried that more surprises awaited.

I’d give zero star stars if it were counted but since I can’t go lower than 1 star then I guess they benefitted from my good assessment of them. Emailed an offer. They responded that their price is their price and didn’t counter offer. I also was trying to do an internet purchase and asked that if we agree on terms to have finance write up the contract and I’d shoe up and spend 15 minutes signing documents and would be on my way. Their response was it takes waaayyyyy longer than 15 minutes to buy a car. Hmmmm. Yeah I’ve experienced this sales tactic before. They treat you like a convicted felon in solitary while they spend hours upon hours of mentally torturing you until you finally just sign the line to save yourself and escape from them. There are generally two types of car dealers I’ve found from multiple online purchases. There are those who want to SELL cars and there are those that want to keep them all for themselves it seems. Bill Luke is a very slimy form of the latter. I’m forever a Non-Bill-Luke Guy.

The salesman was pretty much useless. Did not return phone calls or texts in a timely manner. The truck I was interested in was sold because of his lack of response. I tried to schedule something with him for 2 days without luck.

They would not move on the interest rate for the vehicle had it at 6% applied for several pre approvals online and got 3.7-3.8 interest would not go back to purchase vehicle

All of the employees there worked with me well. Ran into a bump with the interest rate, but we were able to come to an agreement because the dealership kept all of their promises to us. They were also able to fix a large dent on the top of the car. So overall very satisfied.
