Although information was not entirely accurate and the vehicle wasn't ready to see for an hour the staff was fantastic, responsive and friendly. All fees are lumped together here just under $900. Very open and honest with no high pressure tactics. I'd go back even though they're across town from me.

After arriving at the dealer it was discovered that the car I wanted had been taken to the auction earlier that day,the H3 could not pass smog test so that was disappointing,otherwise the service and respect was good.

Three stars because I got a great price, but that had nothing to do with the lack luster service I received from the sales team. I emailed for three days about this particular car and never got a response. I happened to be in the area so I stopped in to see if the vehicle was still available. The sales guys were sitting outside, and unaware as to whether the car was wven on the lot. I eventually test drove and went in to work the numbers. I was very clear that my dad would be purchasing the car for me and he wanted his own financing through his credit union. I told the sales agent I would be in contact the next day after I went over the numbers wit my dad. He encouraged my dad to fill out their application because they could try to get a better rate. I was also promised a price break if we used their financing. No follow up call the next day. I called and explained that the credit he was not open on the weekend and first thing Monday morning I would have the rate. Sales agent and sifted that several people have been out to see the car and couldn't guarantee that the car would be there when we got there Monday. Later that day I received both an email and a phone call from someone from their Internet sales who were responding to my emails. I explained I had already gone to test drive the car and was in the process of figuring out financing. I asked to be notified if the vehicle was sold over the weekend so that I didn't waste my time with the credit union on Monday morning. First thing Monday morning I called with the rate that the credit union quoted. The sales agents said to fill out the finance application online. I called to notify them application is filled out. And I waited for 3 1/2 hours for someone to confirm receipt or notify us of the status. No one called or contacted us to notify us, I had to call in and inquire. Several hours later I called again to find out the status only to be told that thanks are still looking at the application and we needed to send in insurance and drivers license. This point I was feeling very frustrated with the lack of communication and complete lack of urgency. A few hours later the sales agent told me he was leaving for the day and they were trying to get the package sent out to my dad the following day. I will say that the next day Evan the finance guy saved the day. He was sympathetic to the poor customer service that I had received leaving up to Ben and he did everything he could to make my experience and on a good note. I left with the car that evening, I'm appreciative of that. I think if the rest of their team traded customers like Evan does they'd have five star ratings across the board.

AT THE TIME, This was listed at $5,900.00. We emailed the dealer. A woman responded. We came in, the woman just kind of... "Gave" us to another sales person. He let us test drive the car. It's a very basic. Basic model that was not cleaned. Some cigarette gunk in the back cup holders and some other cosmetic damages. We went in and the dealer mentioned a $900.00 "service" charge, he called it. + other hidden fees he said was on the bottom of the page.. IN BOLD LETTERS. I looked everywhere on CarsGurus. No hidden fees mentioned. He was very patient and communicative. Once we asked questions about this new charge.. He was very dismissive and talked down to us like we didn't read through the fine print that was apparently in "bold letters". So after the $5,900.00 that was initially listed. After all of the "charges"... The total would have been darn near 8k! Ridiculous! I see they upped the price now AND the mileage went up by 7k miles. I wouldn't recommend this dealership OR their prices. Horrible. Ended up with a private seller. Ended up paying 5k AND 50k miles. Thank God a better deal awaited me elsewhere. I believe the same would be for you. You've been forewarned.

Dealer responded several days later. It does not appear that they closely monitor the web site. The conversation on the phone was very pland and not very professional almost seemed as though they made the call but were not interested

I contacted this dealer about this vehicle at 9pm and again the next day at 10am when the sales person got back to me I was informed the vehicle had been sold earlier the day before.... but she said they had a few others on their lot that were a few thousand dollars more. She said I was welcome to come by to look at those. (My light bulb moment....did they ever have the first one that I saw and liked, or was it a bait and fish tactic?)

Fairly ignorant responses. Admitted to hidden fees other reviewers complained about. Cost of car on web is no where close to what they want. Im not talking about taxes. I mean 900 for tint you didn't ask for kind of garbage. Be sure to have ducks in a row and work with someone more knowledgeable then their web people.

The description of the car was not as advertised. When we drove 185 miles to look at the car after two days of emails regarding the car, we discovered they wer removing dents from jail damage which had not been disclosed . Bad attitude.

Jen responded quickly, answered questions, and was helpful, although we decided not to look at the car (long drive). We appreciated the single point of contact (unlike other dealers, where you find yourself fending off the whole sales staff.) She checked back at respectful intervals, but has not pestered us. No star rating because our contact was limited - so far, so good.

When you contact them they try to add and charge you more with additional hidden fees and do not follow through by getting back with you. I started out talking with the used car sales manager who promised to get back with me, only to push me off onto some sales person I had never spoke with who did not follow through. However that sales person did take the time to answer all my questions about the car in the first call. However, did not follow up with me as promised. They do not honor their original list price. This has happened twice. The first time was with the used car sales manager and the second time was with a female sales person. A customer should not have to chase down the dealer for information or to negotiate the purchase of a car. So I decided to take my business elsewhere where they will appreciate it and be more attentive to my needs.

I would never purchase a vehicle from this place. They never responded to the email inquiry. I called a week later and asked if the price was negotiable. They said yes. I told them I already found a vehicle for $28,500 but wanted to see if the price was negotiable on the one they have. When we got there and set down to talk about the price. Not only did they not budge on the price but the added an addition $900 fee. I can't recall what they called this fee. The manager talked down to us. We went to chapman chevy where I wanted to purchase from anyway.

Horrible Dealer Ship, I would not purchase a car here. Between my wife and I we asked 6 times for photos of the vehicle so that we could see if we were interested. We never got photos, just them continually asking for phone # and asking us to come in.

They took my information, so they knew who I was, where I was coming from, a number to contact me, and which vehicle I was coming to see. However, when I got there, the dealer couldn't find the car. We drove around the 3 lots for close to 40 minutes, before he went to the system to see that they sold the car already. I didn't receive a phone call, a text message, or even an email to let me know that the vehicle had been sold and that I shouldn't drive an hour to come see it. They were rude and discourteous. I'll never buy anything from them.

they told me over the phone that they will go 50,000 out the door when I got there the manager say 52,000 out the door the car they show me was not the same car they sold me they change cars when they went to clean it on the back when the give it to me this one has a lot of scratches the seat was all rinckle not the same car in the show room very dishonest will never go there again or recommend anyone

There was a hidden "mandatory" $900 cost on top of the advertised price, in addition to the typical tax and license fees. It would seem that that is a simple way to reduce the price shown online just to get the customer to come to the dealership... When we asked about this mandatory fee, the response we got was not very nice...we did not feel really valued or respected as customers.

One of honest dealer I've ever experienced in PHX. We choose a Van that was excellent deal, but it was not inspected till that time. On next day when we went to pick up, the sales manager personally came and disclosed the vechile inspection report and left us to decide. He gave all insight and possible remediations. Finally we didn't take the Van, but the dealer never disturbed us after that.

Had the worst experience !! We had called them just before driving an hour to get to the dealership to reconfirm that the car we had an interest in was available.On reaching the place we were told that car was already not available since the day before. So we drove 2 hours for nothing and on top of that 2 of 3 people we had an encounter there were extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Would absolutely not recommend this place to anybody!!

Sales guy was very arrogant, the tires were completely cracked and they acted like nothing was wrong with them. The price on the internet was different from what they tried to give us. I was very disappointed! We left and went elsewhere. I would never recommend this company!!!
