This is the worst most unethical car dealership and worst car buying experience ever. I bought a car it was to be delivered after Christmas but I was out of town with a dying brother and they sold the car After having a deposit and getting financing approval for the car. They were more concerned with in the month sales quotas

Very attentive even though it was New Years Eve have to go back on Monday because the car needed to be certified and everyone in that department was closed for the daytime

Carlos Ortega is very helpful. He’s straight to the point and he keeps me informed on the whole process of everything that is happening . If all salesman were like him it would be a better experience for all buyers
The inquiry and recommendations from Haley were helpful & inviting. Test drive and negotiations went well. Financing was frustrating but got resolved. A second key was promised but I had to return and ask again. I asked for the 2020 manual the next day as well but was given a 2019. The price was fair.

By Car Gurus own rating the 2015 Audi A3 TDI I
expressed an interest in was overpriced. I
contacted the dealer through car gurus and was
placed in contact with the general manager. I
obtained a car fax that indicated the car was in an
accident, yet the dealersâ site indicated no
accidents. Despite this, I was ready to buy this
car online from 200 miles away. However, the
dealer claimed to have too much âin itâ to accept
my very reasonable offer. In my opinion, If it sold,
someone paid too much.

I told the sales team I wanted the vehicle I was looking at, and to please contact my credit union to finance me. After about 6 hours they told me as they were finalizing the sale with my credit union, but that someone had come in and bought the vehicle I wanted. Very unprofessional, if I stated I wanted the vehicle it should not have been available for others to purchase or even look at. Just wanting to jerk me around, they kept me in the dark for hours at a time, there should have been constant updates letting me know the status of the sale. It doesn't take long to get the financing taken care of even with me being out of state.

They really take good care of the customer, but the inspection fee make me confused $1195 that was the first time I saw that ,
The car buying experience was quick and easy. My only complaint was interior driver and passenger door was faded and plastic is dry rotting due to too much sun exposure. Listed on the we owe you to have these areas detailed assuming it was dirt or stained. Picked up the truck after signing paperwork and the plastic is coming off like snow. Dealer is unwilling to do anything.
