The dealer had someone contact me with hours and after I did not respond notified me again to inform the vehicle was still available a wanted to mate sure I received the application and vehicle report. She followed up by sending a credit application and photos of the vehicle.

Never willing to answer my towing ability question via text. My time is valuable. I'm not going to see a truck that can't do what I want it to. To many salespeople no clue with towing specs. So I don't want to hear from them again.

They are scammers. Used a heavily damaged “bait car” to entice me to travel 2 hours and then tried to flip me to a more expensive car. Also require credit application when you are paying cash? The absolute worst experience I have had with a car dealer.

I had a great experience with a sales associate named Danny, very professional, informative, honest, made buying a car there the best experience I’ve had, not like it is with most others. I bought a white Trak LT, and got a very fair deal, would highly recommend this dealer and sales associate. Good experience with Finance associate also.

My first transaction with Dimmitt. A++ amazing service - Z06 was sold to me as price advertised on Cargurus...salesman Mark McIntyre is a "top-drawer" corvette salesman. Finance and Internet director both operate with extreme professionalism. Dealership is amazingly clean and very welcoming. I challenge anyone to find a better operation from which to purchase a vehicle. Great Purchase experience overall! I found a new family dealership, even though I live 70 minutes away! A salesman for Dimmitt contacted me quickly. I explained my situation and that I couldn't get to the dealership for about a week due to medical treatments I am going through. He was understanding and not pushy (I hate pushy). I recommend Dimmitt highly. A dealership like this is rare. And no one buy any used Camaros for a week!

I was very disappointed with them because they sold the car I wanted to buy I had an appointment to see it and drove all the way from Tampa. They could have called me instead of wasting my time. Then the salesman kept laughing about it

Everyone there was so nice and happy. Arturo was great and very helpful. Matt went out of his way to help me with financing even after the papers were signed. I was worried about being taken advantage of as a single female but I’m still amazed how wonderfully I was treated.

I didn’t buy but they were great. Very courteous responsive and knowledgeable. Drove a beautiful clean car. Balado followed up but wasn’t pushy. The car just didn’t have a couple features I have now decided I want. I would definitely return and recommend.

They added RECONDITIONING SERVICE to the listed price of thier Pre-Owned vehicle, so expect extra $2k to $3k on the price you think you’re looking at plus what ever you will pay for the dealership fees and tt&t, I wish they had it in the disclosure with a bigger font that will save me time to know the care is above my budget, this is my first time having such a fees from a dealership!!!, communication was very good and quick responding.

I typically view salesmen as con artists; however, not at Dimmit. Danny T. was the salesman who assited me with my purchase. He listened to my needs and the needs of my family and convinced me the Chevy Traverse was a better fit than the Suburban. I appreciated him not focusing on the most expensive sale, but on what we needed. He was honest, patient, a gentleman to my family, and very informative. I did not feel pressured and he reviewed all my research and presented to the manager's attention, in order to come to a happy middle ground regarding numbers. To top that, Mr. Dimmitt took the time to play with and talk to my 5 month old son. That was a precious moment. Furthermore, the finance manager, Fernando, was a delight to work with. He was efficient, thorough, and willing to meet my financial needs. My husband and I are very happy with our purchase. Anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle here will be highly satisfied! We are!

Had an appointment set up for a test drive, which they called to confirm the night before, only to drive an hour and be told they sold the car the night before. Will not be going back in the future due to this, though it happens. Recommend they work on their communication and updating of inventory in a timely manner. On a positive note, Richard, the sales rep that took care of us and had to break the news was very professional and nice.

No matter how I tried I could not get an out the door price from this dealer. Even after multiple texts breaking down what incentives I qualified for and which ones I did not not, once I arrived at the dealership car took a $3k jump in price before any taxes. And to make matters worse, they started getting screwy with the interest rate, of which I cut in half at another dealership. I would advise anyone to stay away from here unless you don't care if your over charged.

I drove over to the dealership from Orlando to view the Yukon. Salesman (Robert) was knowledgeable and courteous. He explained they were not commission based on profit, but cars sold, great news.The reason for the bad review is based on negotiations. I did not actually have the car that I would trade in with me, b/c we were there on vacation.They value traded $2k less than KBB lowest trade value, I entered info on my phone while there and even showed it to them, they did not care. I made a fair offer, including my logic for offer, they sent over a finance guy to discuss, but it was clear he did not review anything or even know what he was talking about. He even said that he just got there. He thought I was trading in the Yukon?? Clueless. We reviewed my offer/reasoning, and came back and said there was nothing they could do,no counter nothing. This for a car sitting on lot for over 100 days and priced above average..with tons of fees on top of the price. Disappointing waste of time.

Called about the Hellcat, was informed someone was looking at it, 30 minutes later received a call & that customer purchased a truck??? The Hellcat was still available, planned to go to the dealership that afternoon, but my Son was ill & could not visit the dealership that day. Sent a message & the salesperson told me if I didn't come that day, the car was going to auction, almost 2 weeks have passed, car still available. Trust is a issue with purchasing from this dealer.

The dealership contacted me fast email me an estimate on the car. I like the part where they say they want to be clear and honest upfront so there is no surprises. So I start reading the small print I'm glad I did they charge $1, 000 for delivery and handling fee, 599 certification fee, 399 Electronic Tax Service and a car reconditioning fee who knows how much that is. So basically whatever car price they advertising you have to add two or three thousand dollars more on used car . I do not know what kind of business that is so basically whatever price the telling you is not really the final price I know every dealership has fees and normally is one fee a dealership fee could be anywhere from 600 to $900 plus tax and title. So be aware if you wanted to want to do business with them I decided to buy my car somewhere else and saved some money

DIMMITT CHEVROLET IS A BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM DEALERSHIPS! On April 4 they advertise on cargo ruse that they had a Chevy Colorado for sale for $15,559 so I emailed them that day stating I was interested in the truck that they had for that price and that I also had a discount that I’ve got directly from the GMC corporation for a Nother $2500 off. They emailed me back asking me when I could come test drive the truck, I agreed to come down on Saturday to test drive it. When I got there Saturday they changed the price to $18,559 and told me the GMC rebate did not qualify on a Chevy Colorado. When I showed them on my phone that the price they were advertising the truck for when I emailed them was $15,559in the rebate was for a any Chevy Colorado His response was I don’t care if you leave here angry and hating us we are not doing the deal. If anyone would like to see the proof I still have it in my phone the price they advertised it for and all the emails

The dealer was very quick in their response to my inquiry. I did a test drive, and the vehicle was a good buy for the advertised price anyway. The dealer seemed to want to tack on the costs of their referb, which made no sense to me. But very courteous nonetheless. We should have been financing $11 K by my calculations, but somehow they came up with $16k (???) Needless to say we could not agree on terms.

The vehicle price at Dimmitt is always wrong. On this 2006 vette it's about $3000.00 higher . They charge you for the repairs they did ? and then charge you tax on them. Who knows if any repairs were even made. If you add the $3000.00 on to there price it's not a good deal.

Dealership was completely unwilling to negotiate price. 5k under "fair market" trade value for my vehicle. As well as 5k over average asking price for the vehicle I was interested in. When I showed them their competition, and gave numbers for where is like to be in the sale, they informed me they couldn't work with those numbers. .... instead of counter offering like any other dealership would have.

The price advertised was not the “real” price. That price depended on whether you were going to lease the car, finance it and were a Costco member. So it’s impossible to get the price advertised. How can you lease and also finance?? So I feel it was dishonest advertising. My salesman Gabriel was awesome and a very nice guy. I did buy the car because it was exactly what I was looking for. I just didn’t get the price I was expecting. People were nice. Just be up front about the price!

I saw the price and I was happy because it would be a great deal. When I went to the dealer they said this is not the price there are some fees that will be add to the price. The out of the door price was 7000$ more than the original price!!!

do not by from Dimmitt! The mgr "TODD" knew i was on my way down there from New Port Richey, and sold the H2 right oit from under me, i will never buy from them again!

Really bad experience with then!! The online price is fake. They will tell you the car with lower price has been sold or that you are not qualified for that price for some weird reasons.. Do not trust salesman on the phone !!

Was contacted initially and repeatedly, but was unable to get them to send me the itemized repairs of $1253 that were supposedly done to the truck and added to the asking price, along with dealer fee of $799, tax, tag, title fees, etc... adding another $2200 to asking price!

We drove about 60 miles to see a volt advertised for 28,500. When we arrived, the price of the Volt we were interested in had increased by $1500. The dealership offered us $4000 for our trade. We walked away, and traded the next day for a new Volt at another dealership. That dealership offered us more than TWICE what Dimmitt did for our trade. All in all, a very unsatisfactory experience at Dimmitt.....a waste of time.

If there was a way to give negative stars that's what I would do. I talked to a sales rep several times before starting my 3 and a half hour drive. I thought I had a deal in place, but when I arrived the sales rep had already gone home for the day. As you can see from the description and the pictures there are 2 different colors for exterior and interior for this car. The pictures appear to be a brownish outside with a lite gray inside, but the color listed is Butte Red with Jet Black. I specifically asked the rep to pull the car around and hold it for me (which he agreed to do), so that while I drive up there I know it's not being sold. He called me back and said he did that, but he didn't and that it was definitely red with lite gray interior..... Not true! Be Very Very cautious when attempting to purchase from here!!! Make sure you know what you are doing when putting together a deal. They attempted to tell me because of the miles on the car it was considered used just so they could sell me a certified title with it. Used by definition is when the car has traded hands from the dealership to a buyer. If it stays in the ownership of the dealership it could have 10,000 miles in and still be considered new. DO NOT buy from here..... Not worth it!

Sales team was very helpful from the beginning. While I never ended up going to test drive the car I was interested in (I moved forward with another purchase),Nick De Fonte in the sales department answered every question I had (I had a ton of questions) in a timely and professional manner. I would definitely consider doing business with this dealer in the future.

Salesperson very responsive. However, would not take an offer on the car over the phone. I hate the entire experience of buying a car at the dealership. My last car and boat I bought over the phone and they even deliver them to my home. Anyway, that's their prerogative.

Overall experience was great. Got the car I was looking for at a reasonable price. Didn't like the low ball internet price and then the dealer markup. So didn't pay it. But Florida has exorbant dealer fees and state titling fees. Oh well...

Awful! was promised a bunch of things and not 1 was delivered... I was lied to about 2 different jeeps.. then for the 1 I went in 4 times and was lied to each time. I can not believe the manager was that rude. not only will never buy from there i will never recommend this to anyone. There was no professionalism whatsoever. Did not take in consideration anything I stated or my needs. All they wanted was more money down and higher payments. the absolute worst experience i ever been though. I would rather pay double to another dealer then to give them any type of business very poor establishment.

Dimmitt offered me $1000 trade in on my car that had only 54000 miles on it and did it with a straight face! I guess they thought I was an idiot so I left and went to a place down the road and they offered me $3000 trade in for the same car. Dimmitt looses, I bought a car from the other place and will never visit Dimmitt again.

Waste of 4 hours and 1/2 tank of gas. Made an appt, but vehicle was out for re-conditioning??? when we arrived. When we did eventually see the vehicle, looked like it may have been a flood vehicle as wheels were pitted very badly (like salt water ate the chrome), the top was badly bleached and very worn at roof ribs. Then salesman advises vehicle is not $6200, but $8415 due to reconditioning cost...3 strikes and we were gone..Used car manager had an attitude and we left with bad taste for this dealership. Misleading price on this vehicle..make sure you check it all out before you buy as there is more to this vehicle than meets the eye. We will not go back to them again..Good luck

Was a phony ad. I inquired on Christmas day. They had my email an phone number, yet it "sold" on boxing day with no heads up or chance to make a counter offer. Will never even look at a Dimmit ad again.
