Used 2021 Jeep Wrangler for Sale in California

Great!!!! A little bit slow but happy!!!

Never gave us purchase contract, lazy in getting back to us, the Chrysler deals were ending and they wanted to have paperwork done after-the-fact.. wrote VOID on our cashiers check, incurring $300 bank fee (we will pursue this soon)...HORRIBLE dealership. GM never responded... do not shop here!!

Easy negotiation process, great people

I had follow up questions I asked them and no one responded to my email. I feel the first email I got from them was just a standard email response for an inquiry.

I went to test drive a pickup truck they have for sale after we came to agreement on a offer i made to them, they never responded or reply my text messages. Completely ignoring me. I don’t recommend this dealer ship to any body. They completely changed their attitude once your start negotiating a deal.

My request for actual photos of the vehicle on the website was answered promptly and a follow up was made with the sales person.

The general manager was prompt with getting back to me and letting me know that the FJ Cruiser I was interested in did not pass their inspection so they pulled it off the line. I appreciated his honesty.

They sold the car I was scheduled to test drive. Not a big deal except they did not contact me.As this dealer is 50 miles for a one way trip, this feels rather rude to me. Will not do any future business with this dealer

They responded to my initial inquiry stating someone would get back to me but no one did. Very poor follow up and customer service.

Worst experience ever. At final paperwork stage presented price 7k over listing on their site. Owner of dealership never Returned calls. Bait/switch. Avoid at all costs.

They were not very negotiable. I bought a 2017 Jeep Cherokee from them 2 years ago and was pleased with the deal and their sales process. This time they they were not very negotiable. Even when we came to an agreement and shook hands on it , they would come back and change the deal. I ended up walking out.

They engaged in misleading advertisement. They advertised cars as brand new when in fact the vehicle already having one previous owner. Which disqualifies prospective buyers from taking advantage of $7500 fed tax credit.

The dealer representative responded very promptly however San Jose was a bit far for me to travel to test drive the car. I might change my mind haven’t decided at this point if it’s worth driving all the way to San Jose.

Dealer responded quickly and checked in before appt. easy test drive and purchase! This was a used car. Unfortunately the detailing work to clean it up was so so- we will have to get it done more completely

They were great to work with and very personable. Also received a good price and was able to start the process over the phone, as we purchased from out of state.

We went to a few other dealerships and the people were so nice even though they knew we weren’t buying that day. If we liked it we were bringing my husband back but we decided to get away from there

They were nice but didn’t really want to deal in price. I ended up paying very close to the advertised price even though they had the car listed for about 3 months. They also didn’t know a lot about the car details.

Poor communication, no follow up. Would not provide itemized price when asked “how much am i paying for the vehicle”. Could not provide accurate sale tax amount: quoted at a sales price higher than msrp, at a rate higher than zip code tax rate. Frustrating experience, so i spend a few more bucks and I purchased locally.

price on website, as well as invoice price from CarGurs, did not match actual price. There was over a $8k price difference than what as advertised, and that was in addition to the tax and license fees. You apparently don't get the vehicles actual price until you contact the dealer on the phone or in person..... very disappointing.

They seemed eager to get me to the lot to see my options. I was a distance away so I would have hated to take the drive for no reason, did the credit app. I was told I needed 30% down on whatever I wanted. They said they were busy but I didn’t feel they were trying to be helpful at all.

Very responsive and friendly. Just overpriced and unwillingly to come down. Glad I looked elsewhere before committing!

These guys are great! I did buy a 2017 ram 3500, and they went above and beyond what they had to do to get my business and keep it. Greg-sales, Greg-manager, & Homer-finance made absolutely sure I was 100% happy with my purchase. I even had to go back the next day to have an inspection on the truck and change a part. They did all that at no charge. These people have integrity and take care of their customers. I will be buying there again for sure. Thank you so much for everything
