Should I buy a 2019 Buick Encore or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2019 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2019 if:

• 31.3% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 64.2% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have softened 11.51% compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.9/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.

The bottom line: If you want the strongest mix of current value and owner satisfaction, the 2019 is the primary year to target. If your main goal is to minimize upfront cost, a nearby year with a lower average price may be worth considering, but you should expect to trade off some of the 2019’s stronger market positioning.
