Truly every entrant in this category is worthy of consideration, with different manufacturers choosing to focus on style, off-road capability, or on-road manners. While the Forester won’t win any of those factors outright, it remains competitive in all of them and still offers nearly class-leading space and a close-to-perfect safety score. With a new touchscreen interface, things are even more attractive in 2016.

We love our new/used. Subaru Forester. We loved our Subaru Impreza, but it ha d done it’s duty. Trading it in for the Forester is wonderful. We know we can relay on Subaru’s amazing all wheel drive to easily and confidently drive in the winter. We really appreciate having a bit more cargo space for long car camping trips. Love our new Subaru!

It’s a smooth ride and one of the safest vehicles. It is spacious on the inside and feels like a nice and fancy car without being too high tech or sports car-like. Great space for cargo too! Highly recommend!
