Went to this dealer and bought a car for my son for
college,The
experience with salesman (Giuliano ) went well and pricing
was fair. But during the course for signing all the finance
agreements, (Eddy) the manager slips in a form so call Thief
Shield and stated it can lower your insurance premium. It
was
never mention that it cost $375, which I never order or
request
for. Part of my fault that I had trust him and did not notice the
add on on the itemize bill. The following day I call and he said
that they add this service on all their cars they sell regardless.
But shouldn't it be mention to the buyers before hand? That
is
just a deceptive practice on their part. I was planning to come
back and buy a new Subaru for my wife . No Thanks!, I will
take my business elsewhere.

Dealer told me on numerous occasions they would call me back. Never did, everyday for 2 weeks I had to call them and they never had an answer for me. I live in another state and needed paperwork to be done in advance. No luck, spoke with 5 different people including general manager and still no return call and no vehicle.
