I contacted South Suburban Mitsubishi about a particular car. I was very interested because the woman I was corresponding with promised me she would be able to sell this particular car to me for a certain price. I needed a car asap, as I had been saving the entire summer to have a car while I'm at school. Since I was guaranteed a price, I made an appointment to come in and most likely buy the car. My appointment was confirmed the following day at 9am. The dealership is about a 90 min drive from my home, and I had ended up driving 2.5 hours due to traffic and construction. I finally had arrived around 6pm to find out the car I was interested in had been sold 5 hours earlier. I still do not understand why I was not called or emailed, ensuring I was aware the car I was driving all this distance for was still available. They ended up getting me a similar deal with a car that was a year older, with more miles, but still a decent car. Came home to find out one of the car's headlights were out. Now, I have to make sure that's fixed and I also have to pay for it, even though they should have inspected the car well enough to know that a headlight was out. They worked with me on a price seeing that I am only a student, but their service sucked.

very Very awful I called regarding this jeep and the lady who I won’t name told me the jeep is up to day and is in good running condition. I then asked her to send me some updated picture and she said she would……… okay here we go. She said as she was going out to take picture she ran into her mgr and he told her that jeep is in very bad condition and is not deem to be sold … just min's after I asked her to show me pic…… id don't believe that

Do waste your time going to this dealership. Totally bulled bait and switch. They couldn't even find the car they promised me over emails. Stay away

Very helpful, did not purchase the truck but they will keep in touch in case something comes in in my price range
