Upon arriving at the scheduled time a different salesperson had to put all of my information into the system. She did this by typing one-handed while holding her phone in the other hand which was not turned on at the time. After all of that I finally got to drive the vehicle. I liked it very much and was happy with the price, but then when it came to making a deal with my trade-in, they offered $600 less than the low end trade evaluation and 1500 less than I owed. My vehicle was in very good condition with less than 100k miles. I told them that was unacceptable and then they offered another 500. Still not close to what I needed. The offer magic changed the next day (after several form letter emails) but I wasn't going to let them waste any more of my time. "
