How much does the 2015 Honda Accord cost?

Prices have held steady compared to this time last year, signaling a stable and predictable market for this model year.

There are 2,077 listings available, which suggests you have a healthy amount of inventory to compare.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord a good car?

Yes — the 2015 Honda Accord earns a 4.8/5 user rating and an 8.2/10 expert rating. The standout strength is Performance at 10/10.

Drivers consistently praise its reliability, smooth driving experience, and fuel efficiency, and many also see it as a strong value for the price. The overview points to a midsize sedan that works well for families and new drivers, with broad everyday competence and a polished feel. That combination makes it appealing if you want a practical car that is easy to live with rather than flashy. It also shows 28.5% good or great deals, which gives you some room to shop selectively.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord reliable?

Owners rate it 4.8/5, a strong signal of long-term satisfaction.

The user feedback highlights reliability, and the overview describes it as dependable for many years. The expert commentary also says it is quite reliable and likely to provide dependable service day in and day out. Honda’s cost-effectiveness notes add that it holds its value over time, which usually aligns with a car that buyers trust for the long haul. For used buyers, the main ownership risk is that some examples may have infotainment-related complaints or other wear-and-tear issues, so condition matters.

What should I look for when buying a used 2015 Honda Accord?

At 46.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.

You should start with a vehicle history report and then prioritize a thorough pre-purchase inspection, especially if the car has any accident history. Focus on overall condition, signs of poor repair work, and whether the features you care about are present on the trim you’re considering. Because some owner feedback mentions cleanliness issues and sound-system concerns, it’s smart to check interior condition and electronics carefully.

Key things to evaluate:

• Trim level: The base LX includes an 8-inch display, Bluetooth, text-messaging support, a rear-view camera, dual-zone automatic climate control, and 16-inch alloy wheels, while higher trims add features such as a sunroof, keyless entry, leather upholstery, heated front seats, and more advanced infotainment. The base trim is the most stripped-down in terms of convenience and tech.
• Powertrain: The Accord is offered with a 4-cylinder engine, a V6 gasoline engine, a gas-electric setup, and a plug-in gas-electric setup. The 4-cylinder is described as smooth, refined, and sprightly, and the car can also deliver strong fuel economy depending on configuration.
• Safety package: The EX adds LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, while the EX-L adds forward-collision warning and lane-departure warning. The Touring trim includes adaptive cruise control. The Sport and lower trims miss some of these features.
• Infotainment: The standard setup includes an 8-inch display, Bluetooth, a USB port, and an auxiliary input jack. Satellite radio, HondaLink services with Aha connectivity, navigation, and adaptive cruise control require higher trims.
• Fuel efficiency: The test vehicle is described as returning around 26 mpg in the city and 35 mpg on the highway, and the hybrid is noted for 50 mpg city fuel economy.

Which 2015 Honda Accord trim should I buy?

The 2015 Honda Accord is offered in 5 trim levels: LX, Sport, EX, EX-L, and Touring.

Here's the short version:

• LX: This is the value-focused starting point, and it already gives you dual-zone automatic climate control, an 8-inch display, Bluetooth, text-messaging support, a rear-view camera, and 16-inch alloy wheels. It makes sense if you want the Accord’s core strengths without paying for extras.
• Sport: This trim adds a small bump in power, paddle shifters, a firmer suspension, unique 18-inch wheels, and an 8-way power driver’s seat. It’s the best-value pick if you want a more engaging drive without jumping too far up the price ladder.
• EX: This is the first trim that meaningfully expands convenience and safety, adding 17-inch wheels, a power sunroof, keyless entry with push-button start, LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, and an upgraded sound system. Choose it if you want a more complete daily driver.
• EX-L: This trim brings leather upholstery, heated front seats, a 4-way power passenger seat, and a touchscreen infotainment system with HondaLink, satellite radio, and Aha smartphone media connection. It also adds forward-collision and lane-departure warning systems, making it the best fit if you want a more upscale cabin and more safety tech.
• Touring: This is the top trim, with the V6 engine, navigation, LED headlights, and adaptive cruise control standard. It suits you if you want the most fully equipped Accord and are willing to pay for it.

The safety-tech gaps are most noticeable on the lower trims, especially the LX and Sport.

Is now a good time to buy a used 2015 Honda Accord?

This looks like a moderate, selective buyer’s market, so you can shop patiently but should move quickly on strong listings.

• Deal availability: 28.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• Inventory: There are 2,077 listings available.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Clean inventory: 46.9% of listings are accident-free.

If you find a listing below $12,730, that's toward the low end of the year-round range and worth acting on quickly.

What is the 2015 Honda Accord's resale value?

The current average of $13,231 sits slightly below last year's $13,237.

That small decline suggests the Accord’s used-market pricing has been stable rather than volatile. For a future seller, that usually means you’re dealing with a predictable market instead of one that swings sharply up or down. The model’s reputation for reliability and value should help support demand, especially if your car is well maintained and in clean condition.

Vehicles with strong owner satisfaction ratings, like this model year's 4.8/5, tend to retain buyer demand, which supports resale value over time.

Is the 2015 Honda Accord safe?

The 2015 Honda Accord earns a five-star overall crash-test rating from NHTSA.

It earns a 7/10 safety score from our experts.

Honda includes a rear-view camera as standard equipment on every trim. Higher trims add more advanced driver-assistance features, including LaneWatch blind-spot monitoring, lane-departure warning, forward-collision warning, and adaptive cruise control. The lower trims miss some of those features, so safety equipment varies meaningfully by trim.

Should I buy a 2015 Honda Accord or consider a different year?

If you're weighing the 2015 against nearby model years, here's how to think about it:

Choose the 2015 if:

• 28.5% of listings are priced as good or great deals.
• At 46.9% accident-free, a meaningful share of listings has prior incidents — history verification is especially important.
• Price trend: Prices have held steady compared with last year.
• Owners rate it 4.8/5 — a strong satisfaction signal.
• It combines strong dependability with broad everyday competence.

Consider the 2014 if:

• At $11,808, the 2014 costs less than the current year's $13,231 average.
• It emphasizes value and broad appeal with strong reliability and efficiency.

Consider the 2016 if:

• At $14,327, the 2016 costs more than the current year's $13,231 average.
• It brings improvements that make the sedan better in several ways.

The bottom line: If you want a stable, well-rounded used Accord, the 2015 is a strong choice. If price matters most, the 2014 is the cheaper path; if you want a newer version and can spend more, the 2016 is worth a look.

How does the 2015 Honda Accord compare to the 2015 Toyota Camry?

Our experts score the 2015 Honda Accord 8.2/10 and the 2015 Toyota Camry 8.2/10.

The Accord leans more toward driving enjoyment and broad competence, while the Camry edges ahead on fuel economy and starting price. The Accord also has more listings available and a slightly stronger accident-free share, which may give you more flexibility when shopping. If you want the more engaging all-around sedan, the Accord is compelling; if you want a slightly cheaper and more efficient alternative, the Camry is worth a close look.
