Dealer was very responsive and did so in a timely fashion. There were some
bogus add-on fees (upholstery protection, nitrogen air in tires, etc) that
added up to $1300, they removed half of these fees and the car price was
still very good. Overall satisfied with experience.

After appointment, went to dealer yo look at/buy a car the car. NO sales available at appointed time. No car available to see. Explained to me the manager took the car for test drive and need to come back timorrow, if want to see the car. THE WORST CAR DEALER!!!!

Contacted by two different people who didn't know if the other contacted
me or not... they didn't seem to be on the same page when reaching out
to people. Then this happened----Hey just wanted to let you know I
came by today to looked at the Subaru.... I walked in and was treated like
a third class citizen.... And somewhat blown off..... I was directed to a
third person who stated was his first day in the used car area....
And although he was as pleasant as he could be... He seemed a bit
confused when he was asked to take the potential sale....
In the end I looked at the car but was left with such a bad taste about the
whole thing that I just told the salesman I'll think about it....
I understand I'm just one person and certainly don't have any effect on
your business.... But no one should walk in to your dealership and
immediately feel as I did

Dealer called back that vehicle was already sold. Like it or not, it wasn't available. After looking elsewhere, I ended up buying a 2009 pilot from this dealer. It was certainly more than the '06 I originally wanted, but at no point did I feel any pressure to buy. Eddie Moy, the salesperson, was friendly and professional. I had a little hiccup with financing, but the managers were accommodating. Overall, this is a good establishment. I hope the car lasts problem free..

The salesperson that I was assigned
had 3 other buyers she was working on
financing with. We were kept waiting,
and them she walked is to the car, pulled
it out, and asked if we were going to pay
cash or finance. She was rushing and
pressuring us - she didn't seem the least
bit concerned about my needs.

My experience was a waste of time with the dealership "playing a bait and switch" with their misleading advertising. I drove 1.5 hours and was willing to buy the vehicle for cash. They created several obstacles and were more interested in financing the deal to make extra money. Anyone who visits this dealership should be made aware of their dishonest and misleading business practices.
I would not recommend this dealership to anyone!

Purchased a Used 2012 Honda Civic from this dealership. While I
believed I received a good deal, sales staff was helpful and
friendly, some questionable details came out about the vehicle as
we were closing the purchase and were not disclosed up front.
While the vehicle was certified, I would have concerns purchasing
a used vehicle from this dealership unless you do your homework.
